Isabella's P.O.V~
The heels of my boots broke the silence of the night as they clicked against the ground. However, even if there was silence, doesn't mean that I wasn't alone. I slowly dropped my bag to floor as the yellow lines inside my mind calculated how many people were near me, there were apparently perks to being some crazy bitch's experiment.
Being in an isolated alleyway late at night, the count should have been just one. Me. But, it was actually two. Me and someone else. I'm no idiot. There were only two types of people who were around this time of night in these places.
Criminals, I grinned and turned around to find someone's shadow turning into the alleyway, and vigilantes. "Following me, Peter?"
The boy glared at me, jaw set and hands probably clenched in his pockets. "Something like that."
"Okay," I sighed. "Let's get this over with. What do you want?"
He began to walk towards me. "I want to know why the hell you didn't tell me Emily got stabbed." My brows raised. "I want to know who you really are."
"I can only answer one of those questions and I'm pretty sure you already knew that. I didn't tell you Emily got stabbed because Emily isn't the problem currently."
Peter's face grew darker. Boy, if looks could kill. "Problem? Emily isn't a problem! I just want her to be safe." I waited for him to give me a more valid point. "Look, I don't mind you being around her, no matter how...mysterious you are. But, you need to tell me when she gets hurt. I can-...I can help."
I smirked. "Oh, I know you can Spider-boy." My eyes watched his face grow pale. That's when I knew I had him. I cut him off before he could talk. There was no point in denying the truth. "And that help is exactly what I need right now. Truth is, I'm a S.H.I.E.L.D agent, here to make sure your girl doesn't get mixed up in any of your troubles. Unfortunately tha t's not the case here. It appears I'm too late and someone's targeting Emily."
"Who?"
My smirk faded, I felt my face still. "I have my suspicions. Point is, is that you want my help protecting Emily and I need your help stopping Harry."
"Harry? Why the hell- don't you dare bring anyone else into this."
"Chill, spider boy, and think for a second." I growled, lowering to the ground in a mid-way squat, unzipping my bag and bringing out a bright blue tablet before passing it to him. It was frozen on a paused video. A video of the building he had gone to earlier. "Who the hell do you think burnt that building?"

Peter's P.O.V~
Lowering my eyes down to the tablet I zoomed in the circled in red figure on a roof behind the inflamed building where 12 people had lost their lives. My heart clenched. The person was wearing a green bodysuit with black and sitting on top of a kite shaped green hover board that I had seen when I snuck into Oscorp with Emily a while ago.
The person, zooming in further, was Harry.
I had been put into a lot of breath-stilling moments but never like this, this wasn't anger or a near death experience, it was straight up, pure, betrayal.
After all I had done for him, he does this to me? Did he know that I was-
"And no, by the way." Isobel answered my unfinished question. "He doesn't know you're Spiderman, but he will, Peter, and people, people you care about, are going to get hurt because of it." I shook my head, still staring at the video. "Look, I don't know why he's doing this but innocent people are being killed because of it, Peter. Innocent people who need saving- who need you. It's easy, you help me, I help you. No strings attached."
"If I help you, you leave Emily out of this." She opened her mouth.
"Peter, if it comes to it-''
"You leave her out of this." I repeated, darker and stronger this time. 1, 2, 3, 4 beats passed before she nodded. "So...when do we begin?"
