It was a another day in underswap you were walking home after hanging with undye you watched some anime of course.
As you were walking home you decided you would get a gift for blue hes been a bit down lately which wasn't like him at all and it was not that great seeing him like that.
You got the  (gift of choice). payed. Then left, when you got home you called out "Im home!" No one replied
Normally blue would come up to you and hug you or something, there wasn't a chance he was training or working because it was too late for that so he would be home by now

"Huh How weird.." you mumble to yourself

You look at the table with the pet rock a note was next to it, it read

You stare at it blankly for a moment then walk up stairs and knock on blues door
You muffled "hello? Is that you human?" From behind the door,
"Yes it's me dear could you open up the door I want to show you something" you say softly and calmly there was a pause the atmosphere was kind of depressing.
"Okay just a second" he finally answered. You put your hand your behind your back
He opens up the door.... He looks like he was crying his cheeks bones were a light baby blue he smiled his normal smile as if he was happy his eye sockets said otherwise they look tired and weak as if he did not just cry but cried for hours , it hurt your soul to the least.
But you couldn't do anything  but there was one thing you could do be there for him when he needed you the most.
You handed him the gift and smiling softly and said "I felt like you need this" you bend down a little bit and hug him, he jumped a little bit. After a few seconds you whisper "ya know I am proud you" you smile softly

After you said that

Everything seems to slow down

Blue slowly starts to tear up he sniffs tears slowly roll down his cheeks.

He puts his arms around you and covers his face in your clothes.

This was very very unlike him but he didn't care at that moment all he cared about was the hug and those words

You picked him up and went in his room and sat on the bed you slowly rubbed circles on his back his cries turned in quiet sobs  after a few minutes.
He apologised for the tears he cried while stilling being in your lap . "It's completely fine love everyone feels down sometimes and it's completely fine to cry it's a good way to let out how you Feel and I am happy your expressing how you feel to me" you say softly while hugging him tighter

A few minutes went past

And then you say "how about we watch something together i'll get us blankets and a warm drink"you say happily blue just nods In response

You then had a movie night then after a bit papyrus came home and joined you guys on the couch
