As Shigaraki was about to take Deku A.K.A specimen back to the league hideout, Dr. Garaki gave him a small silver whistle and explained that once blown Deku will immediately respond to once heard, after knowing that he put the whistle in his pocket and contacted Kurogiri to open a portal back to the hideout, from doing so the portal immediately opens and Shigaraki was ready to walk through it but didn't since he noticed that Deku has wandered off when Shigaraki and the doctor were talking, so the two shortly split up to find where he's gone, while searching Shigaraki remember the whistle that he put in his pocket, so which is inside and pulls it out, but as he was about to blow into the whistle he suddenly heard something walking on the other side of the containers, so he makes his way to the other side and sees Deku standing in front of one of a container that is incubating a Nomu.

~Shigaraki~

"What is he doing?"

As Deku continued looking at it, he raises his left hand and places it onto the glass where he then begin leaning closer to it until he places his forehead against the glass, from seeing him do this Shigaraki grew curious of what he was doing, so he took a single step forward but from doing so Deku immediately heard him which made him back away from the container and look over it Shigaraki.

~Shigaraki~

"What were you doing just now?"

From asking that question, Deku doesn't respond back instead he looks at him as he tilt his head to the right.

~Shigaraki~

"Forget it, come on we're leaving now."

Even from saying that as, Deku just continues looking at Shigaraki, so thing that he is not responding to words, Shigaraki pulls out the whistle and blows into it where Deku then goes over to him, after seeing that he responded to that, Shigaraki went ahead and began walking back to the portal where Deku followed from behind, as soon as they made it back to the portal they saw the doctor standing there.

~Dr. Garaki~

"It seems that you have found him."

~Shigaraki~

"Yeah, I found him standing in front of a container that was incubating a Nomu."

~Dr. Garaki~

"I see."

~Shigaraki~

"Is there any reason behind why he was doing that."

~Dr. Garaki~

"To be honest with you this is the first time I'm hearing about it."

~Shigaraki~

"Hmm, well whatever it is I'm sure that it won't be a problem."

~Dr. Garaki~

"Certainly not."

After having that conversation Shigaraki and Deku walk through the portal and soon arrived back at the hideout which made the portal behind them disappear.

~Kurogiri~

"Welcome back Tomura, and who do we have here?"

Kurogiri looked over at Deku who was looking at each part of the room like he is never seen a place like this before.

~Shigaraki~

"This is Specimen, he's our new Nomu."

~Kurogiri~

"Hmm I see, but he looks quite different compared any of the other Nomu."

~Shigaraki~

"Well that because he's a unique type of Nomu, I can get into details if I wanted to but I'm not going to, but I will say that he is capable of learning, so to have him learn more I want you teach him basic things like speaking, writing and even reading, you got that?"
