A Monster's Weakness

As the search for the league of villains and the Nomus continued, Endeavor who didn't participate in the search was instead looking into something very important that involves the Nomu, so as he made his way through his own agency, he soon enter the room filled with lab equipment and scientists, but entering inside he sees one of his many sidekicks looking looking around so he begins to approach her.

~Endeavor~

"Burnin what are you doing in here?"

~Burnin~

"Oh hey there boss, I'm just checking out your little science project that you had these guys work on."

~Endeavor~

"First things first it's not a project, and second you shouldn't be in here, you should be taking care of those reports that I signed you to."

~Burnin~

"Don't worry I finished that a while ago, and to be honest I was actually curious myself what you were working on in here, so come on now that I'm in here you have to tell me."

~Endeavor~

"(Sigh) your persistence annoys me, but since you are trustworthy I'll tell you, so come along."

~Burnin~

"Right behind ya"

Endeavor then began leading Burnin over to a glass case that is containing and all black severed arm.

~Burnin~

"Is that an arm?"

~Endeavor~

"Yes it is, but it isn't any ordinary arm, this arm belongs to a Nomu."

~Burnin~

"A Nomu, but isn't this arm a bit too small compared to those other Nomus."

~Endeavor~

"Yes it is, but it is still a Nomu arm, I retrieved it on the night of the hero Killers death."

~Burnin~

"Whoa, do you think that who or whatever this arm belonged to killed the hero killer?"

~Endeavor~

"Perhaps, but I don't care if it killed him, what I do care about is that if it was able to kill him then it is more of a threat than he was, that's why I've had these scientists experimenting on this arm."

~Burnin~

"So what you've learned from it so far?"

~Endeavor~

"Well for starters, even though that it's severed, it's still has functioning blood cells."

~Burnin~

"But that's impossible."

~Endeavor~

"That's what I thought as well, but it turns out it is true, which meant there was more to learn about it, so I had the scientists continue the research on it, which took quite longer than I expected, but in the end they received as much research as I expected, so I wanted the arm destroyed completely, when the scientists obliged to do so they soon discovered that the arm can't be destroyed by simple matters, they tried burning, melting, and even blowing it up, but the arm still remained intact, so I had the scientists start something new."

~Burnin~

"What was it?"

~Endeavor~

"To destroy the arm completely, and as soon as they find out what could destroy the arm then perhaps we can use it against those damn Nomu."
