It was another day at the WBBA, battles and all. Up first was Valt going against a blader named Hoji Konda. Unlike this time watching with the beyclub, the silver haired pair observed the battle from a far. Valt made his entry to the stage all hyped up, but as usual he doesn't watch where he's going and faceplants on the stage.

The whole crowd erupted into a fit of laughter, "ugh....I'm okay." Valt said giving a thumbs up. Getting back into what was truly important the two bladers got in their position stances. Valt being Valt began to grin widely, 'Strange what's making him smile like that?' Hoji questions in his head. 'Welp to bad I'll have to wipe that smile off his face.' Hoji says while turning his wrist.
This caught the beyclub and Wakiya's group in shock, "Hey guys Hoji just switched his grip." Daigo informs the club. "Why would you do that?" Rantaro questions, "Because it's a forehand grip." Keru stats. Wakiya looked over at his denim friend disapprovingly, 'you're overthinking it, don't waste so much strength on a kind like Valt.' Wakiya says in his conscience.
"3,2,1.....let it RIP!" Everyone said in unison. Valtryek went with its signature Rush Launch and assaulted Horusood as it took the middle. "That's it partner we're gonna be legends!" Valt says punching the air repeatedly. The crowd began to cheer in excitement, "You're doing great!" Toko says. "Go Valt!" Nika yells out, Hoji smirks "Talons for battle, and wings for flight......Horusood field!" he says. Valtryek collided with Horusood only to lose its speed and soon came to a stop. "Hyper Horusood with a survivor finish, one point for Hoji Konda!" The referee announced.
Rantaro face palmed "ugh poor little dude the horror." he says. Toko groaned, "Oh no!" Nika exclaims. Daigo was unfazed but, "This is painful to watch, it's no joke." Daigo says. "I on the other hand think that's funny." Keru says. "He used that grip technique for better control, which sacrificed power." Besu says.Rantaro immediately understood, "hmm a control grip which means he hasn't shown his full strength yet, Valt's in trouble!" He says bewilderedly.

Shu and I watched as Valt's battle unfolded, "So that's it huh, a Rush Launch is useless when it runs out of steam.." A voice says. Shu and I looked over to see a male with blond spiky hair with a bandana on, not to mention he had a stupid grin on his face. I rolled my eyes at another cocky blader that's all, "Hello Kyoji." Shu says.
