After being Viggo's prisoner for so long, you escape but get injured on your way home. Hiccup and the other riders find you. Astrid isn't sure whether to be suspicious of you or feel sorry for you. You are also half human half dragon which is why Viggo and the hunters kidnapped you.

Requested by Midari-ikishima (hope you like, there will be a second part to this)

Warnings - mentions of being tortured but no actual descriptions, being prisoner in a dragon hunter cell.

Your POV:

It took ages but I finally managed to escape from Viggo. After so long of being caged and tortured by him and his men. But then a group of other humans who ride dragons freed the other captured dragons. I made sure to stay hidden from them but make my escape when no one is focused on me. Thankfully no one saw me and I was actually able to get away from all the humans and head back home. The reason I didn't want the new humans to see me is because every time humans see my kind, they're fearful of us which has led them to hunt most of my kind. There's not many of us left at all. That's right, I am half human half dragon. I look like a human but have wings on my arms. Humans mistake us for Lykenwing, I hate those jerks.

Anyway, as was flying home, I failed to notice the stampede of dragons headed my way. I lost balance and fell out of the sky. There was no time to level back up and fly again. Instead, it's an unfortunate landing where my back smacked against several tree branches and by the time I've reached the ground, I was already unconscious. Hopefully, no humans come by and see me. It'd be the end of me otherwise.

When I woke up, I was in the exact same place as when I fell. Good. No humans have been by or else I would have been in a different situation entirely. I went to stand up to take off in flight again, only, when I stood up, my back and my foot were in absolute agony. I wasn't going anywhere for quite sometime. I just needed to find a place to hide from these humans. Good or bad humans, I can't be seen.

I slid right into the big thick bushes. I was right by a lake which was handy as I could use the water to mask my scent so the other dragons couldn't smell me. It wasn't long before I was out of sight entirely. Hopefully this works. It may have been an uncomfortable position I was in but if it meant not being seen like I said, then I would much prefer that. And it wasn't long before the humans were in view as well as their dragons. I kept as still and as silent as I could. It seemed to be working. They had no idea I was there and after they looked around the area they appeared to be leaving. I did recognise them as the humans that freed the other dragons so I knew they weren't hunters. I still didn't want to risk being caught again. They would still have questions probably. Most likely. Who am I kidding, most definitely.

Just as it seemed as they were taking off, I sighed and went to find another hiding spot. One not so out in the open. Unfortunately, just as my luck would have it, a twig snaps and of course, they all hear it and turn in my direction. They all get into a defensive position ready to attack. The water. It was my only chance to hide. But before I reached it, the Night Fury had caught me. "Let go of me!" I yelled at him. He didn't listen. Great. More humans. Am I ever going to get home?

When the Night Fury let me go, he was shocked to see I was both human and dragon and that he could understand what I said. "Are you working for Viggo?" He asked. "No, I escaped from him." And explained how he tortured me for a long time. We were interrupted at the humans who had spotted me now. I looked to the Night Fury. "You have to let me go home." "Why? The hunters will just find you again. Besides you can trust these humans. They can even help you." He said that as I cried out in pain again. My ankle and back were getting worse.

Astrid POV:

The dragons became on edge after a twig snapped. To be honest, it put us all on edge. Something has been out here watching us. Toothless managed to find what it was that was spying on us. We all gasped when we saw... it. I'm not sure what it was. None of us did. It seemed to be able to communicate with Toothless though perfectly fine. He didn't seem threatened by this thing. "I'll try talking to her. Calm her down and find out what she is." Hiccup said. "That might not do any good. She talks to dragons. She might not even understand what we say to her." She almost looks like a human like us but with the features of a dragon. I wanted to know why it was spying on us though. Anyone who spies on others cannot be trusted unless it's someone you know that's trying to pull pranks. Otherwise like I said they cannot trusted.

This half human half dragon attempted to open her arms and revealed her wings but as soon as she did, she growled. Almost like she was in pain. I also noticed she was limping. She's hurt. But there's still no way of knowing if she can be trusted or not. And it didn't help that the closer Hiccup got to her, the more she growled like dragon. "Hiccup?" I began but he cut me off telling me it was fine. Even Toothless was growling gently like he was talking to her. I wondered if he was trying to help her. I wondered if the hunters caught her and that's why she's so alarmed by us? Or she is working for the hunters and she could be leading us into a trap. But surely not if she's hurt. Ugh, I've no idea. We just needed to get her back to the Edge.

Ending this one here. Okay, I'm going to do this in two parts since it's much longer than I expected. What did you all think? Let me know, Requests still OPEN! Requests via comments or private messages to be anonymous. Don't forget to VOTE! :)
