Slowly her eyes opened.

She tried to lift her head to see where she was, but her neck was preventing her from moving.

She gave up and rested herself back in a comfortable position.

She heard weeps by her side. Chae-Young tried to focus her eyes but she only saw faint lines and dots.

She could make out a shape. It looked like her brother.

"Riki..?" She let out a weak sigh before coughing.

Her eyesight was coming back and she could see everything more clear now.

Riki edged closer to his sister. Chae-Young was still glued in the same position. "Chae, did you say something?"

"Riki!" She said and tried to move closer but she groaned in pain. Riki gently pushed her back down by her shoulders.

"You need to rest, noona."

She tried to nod but it hurt.

It really hurt.

It's almost like her neck was burnt.

She slowly moved to try and look at what was making her be in so much pain.

Riki knew what she was trying to do. He didn't want Chae-Young to get scared so he steadily moved her head back in place.

"I need to see.." Chae-Young coughed sending a shiver down her weak body.

"Just rest Chae, you're okay. I'm here."

He lied.

"Oh and before I forget, someone left you a present!"

Chae-Young glanced at him. A present? Who got her a present?

"He's another patient. He said he saw you yesterday, you know.. when you dropped to the floor."

A small smile formed on Chae-Young's face. "Did he tell you his name?"

"He did actually.." Riki looked up trying to remember. "Umm I can't remember I think it started with a 'H'? Not sure..!"

'H'. Chae-Young thought of some names that started with 'H'.

Riki passed her the gift.

"I'll leave you to it!" He gave her a kiss on the four head and bid her goodbye after leaving the room.

Chae-Young admires the neatly wrapped gift.

There was a red bow that was tied around the cherry wrapping paper. Chae-Young carefully opened it trying not to rip anything or move her head. She put the wrapping to the side and a cute little note slipped out. She opened it and inside it wrote :

Hello!

I'm a fellow patient here at the hospital. I heard about your parents, and I'm so so sorry. If it helps you're not alone. I lost my parents in a car crash when I was nine.. Anyways this isn't about me, I hope you like the gift and I hope you get healthy soon to be able to get back to your life.

Love from H.

'How cute' Chae-Young thinks to herself. She then opens the gift. It's a golden necklace with a bumblebee.

Chae-Young pushed slightly over her limit to put the necklace on. It looked beautiful but she was exhausted and went to sleep straight after.
