We're having a baby!

Ciel had always been a bit of an irritable type, not really showing any other emotions aside from grumpiness or annoyance, but that all changed when he and Alois got into a relationship.

The normally grumpy young Earl had changed considerably, he would smile way more often, and Alois was his reason to smile.

Although over the past few weeks, Ciel had come to notice that he had started to feel off.

It all started when Sebastian woke him up one morning, as he did every day, to serve him breakfast, the smell of his favorite tea had made him extremely nauseous, to the point Sebastian had to call for Meyrin to clean up the mess he had made by accident on the rug near his bedside.

He felt so embarrassed about that and apologized to Sebastian and Meyrin for the inconvenience he had caused.

Then during the afternoon that day, he started crying for no reason at all while sitting at his desk, which was very odd, uncommon even for the normally emotionless Earl to burst into tears for no apparent reason.

The final straw was when Alois had payed him a surprise visit, normally Alois' visits were the highlight of his day, but when Alois had suddenly burst through the door to his study and caused a loud racket, which irritated the horrible migraine he had, he ended up snapping at Alois, making the blonde extremely upset with him.

Ciel's royal blue eye filled with tears when he saw how upset Alois was with him, afraid that the one he loved so dearly would leave him.

Alois was shocked when he saw trails of tears streaming down Ciel's face.

"Oh! Ciel, why are you crying?" he asked, any previous anger he had felt completely vanished.

Ciel quickly hugged his lover and buried his face against his chest, gripping tightly onto the back of his overcoat.

Alois wrapped his arms around the smaller boy's waist and held him against his chest. "Love, what's going on? I've never seen you cry like this"

"Nothing, it's nothing. Just overwhelmed is all" Ciel muttered.

Alois shook his head and gently cupped Ciel's cheek, lifting his face so they were eye to eye. "I don't believe that, you don't just cry for no reason"

Ciel grumbled softly, keeping his face hidden against Alois' shoulder, Alois chuckled softly and scooped Ciel into his arms, cradling him like a baby, Ciel would never admit it out loud, but he loved being held like this by Alois.

"You aren't going to leave, are you?" Ciel finally asked softly after several seconds of silence.

"Leave the manor or leave you?" Alois asked curiously.

"Leave me" Ciel looked into Alois' sky blue eyes, his uncovered eye glossy with unshed tears.

"Oh, why would I ever leave you? I love you way too much, silly" Alois kissed his lips gently for reassurance.

"It's just, I hurt you when I snapped and I didn't mean to. I've been feeling horrible all day, Alois. From the moment I woke up. I can't understand what's wrong with me" Ciel felt frustrated with himself more than anything.

He normally had a very strong hold over his emotions, but today felt like all of that hold had been released all at once.

Without warning, Ciel's stomach started to twist itself into knots, he felt extremely nauseous all of a sudden, he quickly covered his mouth.

"Ah, Alois, could you put me down, please?" he muttered.

"Oh, of course. Is something wrong?" Alois set Ciel on his feet.

Without answering, Ciel ran as fast as possible into the nearest bathroom and lost what he had eaten for breakfast just a few hours beforehand.

Alois ran after him, he knelt behind him and brushed his hair out of his face, rubbing his back and shoulders for comfort.

"Sebastian!" Alois called out.

Meanwhile, Sebastian and Claude were in the middle of a heated kiss when he heard Alois calling his name.

Reluctantly, Sebastian pulled away from the kiss. "Forgive me, my love, but duty calls"

Claude smiled and kissed Sebastian's knuckles. "Of course. I'll be waiting"

With that, Sebastian made his way toward where Alois had called for him.

"You called for me, Lord Trancy?" he asked, his eyes widened slightly in shock when he saw Ciel leaning against Alois' chest, his face was pale.

"Is everything okay, my Lord?" Sebastian asked.

Ciel groaned softly and curled up against Alois' chest, Alois frowned and gently pet Ciel's hair.

"I'm not sure what's going on, Sebastian. I'm really worried about him" Alois kissed Ciel's forehead.

Sebastian knelt down in front of Ciel and felt of his forehead with the back of his hand. "Hmm, he doesn't have a fever. Perhaps I should make some ginger tea for you, my Lord. Lord Trancy, do you mind carrying him to his bed?"

Alois nodded and very gently picked Ciel up, being mindful of his stomach, he carried Ciel to his bedroom and sat next to him on his bed, weaving his fingers through his hair.

Soon, Sebastian came into the room with some ginger tea. "This should soothe your stomach, my Lord. Be careful, it's hot" he set the tea tray by Ciel's bedside, just when he was about to walk away, his eyes flashed for a split second.

"My Lord, if I may, would you allow for me to take a look at your abdomen?" he asked.

Ciel was curious about why Sebastian asked that, but shrugged and slowly sat up. "Go ahead"

Sebastian walked closer to Ciel and gently placed his palm over his small abdomen, Alois watched curiously as the demon butler closed his eyes for a second, then opened them again.

"I know what the problem is, but you may not like the answer my Lord" Sebastian was trying to suppress a grin.

"Just tell me, Sebastian" Ciel crossed his arms, he really wanted to know why he was feeling like this.

Sebastian chuckled softly. "It appears you are with child, my Lord. I believe congratulations are in order"

Alois' eyes widened and Ciel's jaw dropped. "He's pregnant?!" Alois exclaimed, a wide smile spreading over his face, tears of joy began to fill his eyes.

"What...? I... I can't be! That's impossible!" Ciel exclaimed, wrapping his arms around his stomach. "Surely you must be joking Sebastian, if you are, it isn't funny"

"I assure you, my Lord, I am not joking. I could sense a heartbeat. As a demon, we have very strong senses" Sebastian smiled gently, no hint of a tease in his voice.

Ciel blushed, he looked down at his stomach. "I really am..."

Alois hugged him. "Isn't it exciting? We're going to have a baby!" he happily kissed Ciel's cheek, causing him to blush more.

Ciel managed a small smile and held Alois' hand against his cheek, leaning into his loving touch, he closed his eyes.

"I love you, Ciel" Alois squeezed Ciel's shoulder gently.

"I love you too, Alois" Ciel replied softly.
