For the past several weeks, the entire Phantomhive manor, including the newly moved in Alois Trancy and his servants, Hannah, Claude and the triplet boy demons, began to notice that the ever so calm and collected raven demon, Sebastian, had been acting strangely.

It all started after Sebastian and Claude spent their mating seasons together, Sebastian had started to slow down during his chores around the manor, he would take small naps throughout the day, he seemed to cling to Claude a lot more than usual, not that the spider minded this at all.

What really baffled everyone was when Sebastian had been outside of the manor helping Finny tend to the gardens, he discovered a whole family of rabbits, he then suddenly burst into tears and startled Finny.

"Sebastian! What's the matter?" he asked with a worried frown.

Sebastian wiped at his eyes with his gloved hands. "Oh, nothing, Finny, nothing. I assure you I'm fine"

Finny wasn't convinced when he saw the tears trickling nonstop down Sebastian's face. "You're crying"

Sebastian chuckled softly. "Okay, I saw a family of rabbits and I'm terribly worried that they'll be attacked by a predator"

Finny giggled. "Aw, that's so cute, Mister Sebastian. You have such a kind heart. Don't worry, the bunnies will be fine, they're safe. If it makes you feel any better, I'll make sure of it"

Sebastian smiled at that and squeezed Finny into a hug. "Thank you, dear Finny"

With that, he then went back into the manor to continue on with his duties.

When he was cleaning in the library, he inhaled a bit of dust and it made him sneeze a few times.

Claude had been walking past the library when he heard Sebastian sneezing, a sound he had never heard from the raven before.

"Sebastian, is everything okay?" he asked.

"Yes, darling. I'll be- choo" Sebastian reassured, but his sentence was cut off by a soft sneeze.

Aw, he has such a cute sneeze

Claude walked closer to him and weaved his fingers through his hair. "Darling, perhaps you should lay down?"

Sebastian stubbornly shook his head. "No, I'm fine, dear. It's just a bit of dust, is all"

Claude nodded and kissed the back of his neck. "Okay, dearest. I'll be in the kitchen"

Soon, Claude left the library and Sebastian returned to his duties.

Suddenly, Sebastian felt a wave of nausea overcome him, he covered his mouth and scrambled out of the library towards the nearest bathroom, nearly knocking over Bard in the process.

The chef was confused to see Sebastian running past him so quickly, it wasn't until he heard the sounds of coughing and gagging that he knew something was wrong, very wrong.
