It happened again, Viktor woke up again sick to his stomach, it's been going on for 8 weeks straight.

At first, he tried to tell Yuuri it was something he ate, then he said it was probably a stomach bug and then it could've been the flu, but after 8 weeks with no signs of it getting better? No, something was clearly wrong and Viktor was getting sick of waking up in the middle of the night or at ungodly hours of the morning hunched over a trashcan or the toilet with Yuuri rubbing circles into his back and holding his hair away from his face.

As much as he didn't want to do it, he urged himself to go see a doctor.

Yuuri couldn't go with him because of skating practice, but at the same time, he wanted to be alone for now.

He wasn't at all prepared for the answer to the 8 weeks of nausea, he was pregnant, 8 weeks pregnant.

He couldn't believe it, he and Yuuri were gonna have a baby!

He could've jumped for joy if he had forgotten about the precious cargo nestled into his womb.

As soon as he got back from the appointment and Yuuri came in shortly after him, Viktor couldn't hold back his excitement and tackled Yuuri into a tight hug.

Yuuri laughed and hugged back. "I know you always miss me whenever I'm gone to practice and you aren't there, but you're squeezing me"

Viktor giggled happily, unable to hide his bright smile.

Yuuri was happy to see Viktor's bright smile again, after him being sick for 8 weeks straight, it was a nice change.

"You seem really happy, are you feeling better?" Yuuri asked.

"Yuuri, I went to the doctor today and made a life changing discovery. You may want to sit down for this though" Viktor barely managed to calm his excitement to urge Yuuri to sit down.

Curious, Yuuri nodded and sat down, waiting for Viktor to explain the news.

Viktor took a deep breath. "I'm pregnant"

Yuuri's eyes widened and his jaw hit the ground. "I'm sorry, what?"

"I said I'm pregnant, Yuuri! 8 weeks pregnant! I even have an ultrasound photo. See?" Viktor handed Yuuri the white envelope with the pictures inside.

Yuuri's eyes filled with tears and he covered his mouth. "Oh my god. We're having a baby?" he looked at Viktor who nodded

Yuuri smiled brightly and laughed happily. "We're having a baby!" he cheered.

Viktor laughed joyously when Yuuri suddenly swept him up off his feet and kissed him lovingly.

They both laughed, sitting down together on the living room sofa, Yuuri lifted Viktor's shirt and peppered kisses across his skin, causing Viktor to giggle.

~a few months later~

"Yuuuuuurrrrriiiii! Stop it! That tickles!" Viktor laughed and laughed as Yuuri nuzzled his nose into Viktor's 6 month pregnant belly, cooing softly at their baby and kissing around his bump.

Yuuri chuckled and pecked Viktor's lips. "I can't help it, I love hearing you laugh like that, it's so cute"

Viktor's face turned red and he pouted his lips. "You're cuter" he grumbled like a child, crossing his arms
