~I'd like to point out that Ciel and Alois are adults in this oneshot.

Ciel paced back and forth in his study, he had gone into labor a few hours ago and had been experiencing contractions ever since, he huffed out a sharp breath through his nose, trying to think of something to keep his mind off of his contractions.

Alois had taken a trip to London to investigate a case he had been asked to look into by the Queen.

With Ciel being so close to his due date, Alois insisted that he stay home for his own safety.

So, Ciel found himself alone in the manor, of course, Sebastian and the other Phantomhive and Trancy servants were there as well.

He paced around a bit more until he got tired and decided to sit down for a bit.

It didn't last long though, he was feeling extremely restless.

He kept getting up and down a few more times until a particularly rough contraction squeezed itself around him.

He winced and held onto the edge of his desk with a trembling grip.

"Sebastian.... Sebastian!" he called out quickly, panting heavily as his contractions started coming more frequently.

Sebastian heard Ciel calling for him and quickly ran to his side.

"Master, just breathe" he soothed, placing a hand on Ciel's shoulder.

Claude had run into the room as well.

Sebastian looked toward him. "Call Alois, get him back here as soon as possible"

Claude nodded and went to make the phone call.

Sebastian kept a gentle hold on Ciel's arm. "Walk this way, master. That's it, slow steps"

Ciel held onto Sebastian in a vice grip, slowly walking with him to his room.

Right when they reached his door, he froze and gasped, his legs trembling as his water broke with a burst.

Sebastian wasted no time and gently picked Ciel up and carried him to his bed, helping him out of his wet clothes and into a nightgown.

Soon, Claude came back into the room. "My master is on his way back, he should be here within the hour"

"Very good, thank you" Sebastian looked towards his laboring master. "My Lord, I will be right back, I need to gather a few things. If you need anything at all, call for me"

Ciel nodded and leaned back against his pillows. "Just please hurry"

Sebastian nodded and left the room, coming back only a few minutes later with some supplies and Hannah following close behind.

"Master Ciel, Lord Trancy will be here soon" she said soothingly, running her fingers through his hair.

It was soothing, but it didn't help the fact that he was terrified and wanted Alois here with him already.
