Purple Light (Short Chapter)

I wake up to my head on Felix's chest as my hand rests on the middle of his chest. His chest rises up and down slowly as his pretty brown hair is messily scattered on his pillow.

I slowly get up and sneaked out of the bed. I slip on my pants and walk downstairs slowly so mu footsteps doesn't wake him up. My eyes are kinda heavy as I walk outside with my car keys in my hands. I grab our bags as I bring them inside the cabin.

I unpack the suitcase grabbing my instant coffee as I pour the hot water into a cup. The weather feels so nice out as I bring my coffee outside with me.

I close my eyes just enjoying the quiet of the outdoors that I have. Life is never peacful,something always has to happens, It is never a full great time.

I hear my name being shouted from in the kitchen. I look at the closed door as Felix's voice could be heard."Hyunjin, Where are you baby?"

"Im outside" I hear footsteps walk up to the door. He reaches outside and hugs me tight. He looks around at his surroundings for a moment before he kisses my cheek.

"Sneaking away from me?" He asks me as he sat down in front of me enjoying the view.

"I would never dream of it. I pulled up a event showing it to him "purple lights 914 is what they call it."

Events unlocks in my head as I remember things, from blood slowly coming towards me on the floor to talking to Chan who was a school friend of both of us.. I told the hypnotist everything from the break up and from that point on. So the last time I saw him was at his old job?

Tears were flowing down from my eyes as I remember them. How could Felix do that after everything? Is his life not valueable to him?

Felix must have known my wake word as he looks at me concerned "Why Felix?"  I whisper as I search for any type of explanation of why.

"Because I couldn't stand the heart break or being with my dad. It was the last straw, I lost the only person that I loved the most in this world."

"And that was your only answer?" I look at him in utter shock. "Seriously?"

"I was depressed Hyunjin, when in that mindset, you don't think about that, you think about ending it because there was nothing good left in this life. Let's just not bring up the past."

"Oh so you mean that the past isn't important? Like it isn't something to discuss?" I can't believe these words are coming out of his mouth right now. Is he not thinking at all?

I know it's stupid for me to get mad but those same emotions that I felt back then were coming back to me but in anger with the attempt part because he didn't take care of himself. But also because of another reason.

"No Hyunjin, I'm saying that what good is it going to do to discuss the past as it won't change anything other than a different perspective ?"

He is totally clueless, there is so much more to it then it's the past, move on kind of thing. Because if that was the case, none of this would have happened.

I shake my head and started to walk away. I started to run as I heard Felix shouting my name. I didn't know where I was going but I'll find my way back.
