—Did you see Jc's face when I talked about that boy—Britney told me as we sat down in class—Not really, was he jealous?—i asked curious.

—For sure, plus maybe i could be right. You haven't really talked to boys since the whole Brian situation.—

—I'm over Brian, but no boy has caught my attention.—I said, taking out my journal.

—Morning girls—Said Lance with a charming smile, as he sat down at our group table.—Hey, where we're you? We didn't see you this morning—

—Traffic jam, it's the worse. I'm surprised joey isn't even here already.— he looked around for his friend.

—You know Joey, always late for school but never for a party—I laughed at my own joke.

—Talking about parties, it's Jc's birthday bash this weekend.— commented Lance looking for his journal inside his backpack.

—¿Did I hear a party?— announced Joey, we have summoned the party president. —Yeah, Jc's— I responded

—Alright students listen up, i want to present a new student to legacy high. Nickolas Carter— Next to her teacher was a tall, blonde boy. Britney was right, he was cute...

—Nick, you guys can call me nick—he smiled shyly.

—I expect everyone to get along with him and make his arrival easier.—

Nick grabbed a seat that was open which was behind my chair. You can tell by his body language, he was nervous and shy. Who wouldn't though? Everything was harder especially en High school.

—Hi nick—I said politely, as president of student council it was my obligation to talk to everyone. Well not really but it was a excuse I liked to use.

—Hi—he smiled to me, and then we turned around. I had a good feeling about him.

—Making moves already huh?—smirked Joey to me, I rolled my eyes to him and responded—No Joey, unlike you, I'm nice not flirty—

—Can't argue with that. You're one of the sweetest persons I know.—he laughed

Class went by fast and next thing you know the bell had rung for our second class. Meaning it was Math, to be specific it was statistics. The living hell.

I was walking out with my friends until I felt a light tap on my shoulder. I turned around to see, Nick standing there with a piece of paper in his hand.

—Can you show me where this class is?—he asked anxiously. I looked at his schedule and to find he had the same class as me.—We have that class together. I can show you where it's at and maybe the other ones— I told him

—That would be really great— he scratched his head with a smile

—Hey guys I'm going to show nick his classes I'll catch y'all later in lunch, alright?—i told them, since they we're waiting for me. They all nodded and waved goodbye.

—You seem popular—nick commented, breaking the silence between us.— I wouldn't say popular but I'm known for being the president of Student council— oh did I love to brag about it...

—Makes more sense—he laughed lightly—Yeah, but those are my close friends. Maybe in lunch you can set with us unless you want to sit with other people.—

—I don't know anyone but you— he laughed by her comment — They're great people, you'll like them— I said

From the other of the hallway Jc saw what was happening, could it be the new boy Britney was talking about? He asked himself until the rest of his friends approach him.
