—¡Happy birthday to you! ¡Happy birthday to you!—everyone Chanted in sync. All her close friends were around the table with Gigi in the middle with her cake.
—Go on, blow your candles—Britney said with a smile as she held the camera by her face.
Gigi smiled widely and blew out every single one. She felt so happy, her life was great. She took pictures with everyone even those who she didn't know.
—I didn't bring your gift. Im going to wait till the day of.—Jc whispered to her, giving her chills on her spin. —Thank you either way—she faced him, and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
The party went on all night, to only a hand full of people. Brian was still there with Nick and his other friends talking in a table close to the entrance.
She walked over to them to thank them for coming. By that time, she had her heels off, her feet were killing her from jumping, running, and walking everywhere.
—Thank you for coming, I appreciate every single one of you—she thanked them with a hug to each and Everyone.
—Thank you for having us tonight.— Kevin hugged her—It was sick, you do know how to party—added Aj with a laugh.
—Thank you. I better see y'all later on today at the dance. Kevin you are welcomed to join our winter formal as well—
—Thank you, Gigi.—
—Alright then, I better get going—she walked off from them. Brian got up from his chair and walked towards her.—Hey Gigi...—he sounded nervous.
—¿Yeah?—she turned around as he called her name.
—I won't be going to the dance tomorrow but can I call you during the break?—he met her eyes, hoping for a response.
—I won't be home.—she answered—Do you have a pen? I can rewrite you the number of the cabin, so you can call me.—
—Yeah, that's great—he smiled.—Hold on—he ran off to the table asking for a pen, which surprisingly Kevin had one. She wrote down the number in his forearm.
—¿Did Brian just take my chick?—said nick watching them from far. —Come on nick, Brian was first.—
—Actually, Jc was first—commented Howie, everyone shot him Death Stares. He wasn't wrong, everyone was dying to be her first boyfriend.
—bye guys—she waved from far. Everyone had left but her circle and Cindy. They were all sitting on a table, chatting.
Gigi smiled from far and started to pick up trash from the venue as they did their own thing. She enjoyed being alone, she wasn't afraid of being lonely, she liked it.
—¿You need help?—
—I'm okay, Jc. Go sit down with the others, you helped a lot tonight—she said, with a trash bag in her hands.
—The birthday girl can't be picking up after her own party.—he started to pick up cups from the floor as he told her.
—My birthday isn't until next week—she laughed. Both went silent, enjoying each other's company.
—Hey Jc...—she stopped, taking a deep breath from what she was about to say.— ¿Yeah?—he looked at her
—Actually...never mind—she went back to her chore.
—¿What? No. What happened sunshine?—
—It's... Are you going out with Cindy?—she asked him. He stayed quiet for a bit. His words had to be the right ones.
