'great mission guy; get out of here and go home!',
Matty said to the team, the team slowly left the war room. I stayed in the war room. Without even checking if everyone had left I looked over at Matty,
'what mission have you got for me tonight Matty?',
I asked her, I heard footsteps behind me. I quickly turned back at realised Mac was still in the room,
'y/n we just got back from a mission where we literally did not stop for 48 hours',
Mac said to me, I shrugged my shoulders looking at him, he looked at me confused,
'go home!',
Mac yelled, my eyes grew wide at him,
'I am working because I need a distraction from the fact that I don't have a home',
I said in response to him, his look of anger slowly turned into a look of hurt,
'y/n yes you do; me',
Mac said, I looked away from him not too sure what to do,
'I am going to leave you two the room',
Matty said quickly leaving the room and closing the door. Mac let out a somewhat loud breath,
'Mac what do you want me say? You went on a mission without me to supposedly protect me but you lied to me',
I said to Mac , he quickly stepped forward and raised a finger,
'no I may have screwed up but I never once lied to you okay!',
Mac said in an attempt to defend himself, I looked at him confused slowly shaking my head at him,
'Mac',
I said to him my voice slightly wavering, he nodded his head at me,
'y/n I'm right here! I will always be here for you don't try and push me away; I love you y/n!'.
