Star had been living across the hall from Key for two years now. And when I say across the hall, I don't mean across the hall in an apartment building in separate apartments,no,no. I mean, her bedroom was across the hall from his, in his home.

Why? Well, Star made friends with Krys over the internet. Their friendship grew and grew, they took it in turns to fly across the world to meet up with each other almost once a month. So, when Krys offered Star to permanently move into the spare bedroom in her home she obviously said yes.

Although, Krys forgot a few details. Like, how she lived in a separate home from her parents with her cousin, Key. Both of their parents bought the house between them so they could be closer to Krys' education, and Key's job. Key's job, which Star was well aware of, proved by the hours of fancams she had spent watching on the internet over and over, focusing on every single inch of perfection she could see. So, it was fair to say, when Krys surprised Star with the house guest, it was an eventful day.

Two years on, and Star knows Key as well as she knows Krys. Krys is away a lot now as she graduated and has a job a few hours away, so she stays at her boyfriend's place when she's working as he lives only minutes away from her work place. Leaving Star alone with Key a lot. The fangirl feelings still very must exist, along with new feelings. Now that Star actually knows Key as a person, she can honestly say she loves him. No, scratch that, she's in love with him.

Krys had left yesterday to go and stay at her boyfriend's again. This time she said it would be for a month as she will be working overtime too. She apologised as she knew that Key was going to be super busy this month so he wasn't going to be home most of the time but Star didn't mind.

As bad as it is, Star liked to mess a little with Key, the kind of way of messing with him that she couldn't do if Krys was home. It was nothing bad! Just innocent fun! Like, making Key feel awfully uncomfortable and awkward at the best of times. She would often wear baggy vests as pyjamas, which she would wear for the majority of the evening for comfort, before going to bed. The kind of baggy vest which made the rims of her bra extremely visible and the bottom of her bum was barely covered. Every time Key would see her in so little clothing, he would immediately cover himself or make an excuse to leave the room. But that was the extent of the reaction she got. Soon enough she forgot about her "teasing him to make him uncomfortable" plan and continued wearing pyjamas like that for pure comfort.

He reminded her of her old game when he joined in, starting with "accidentally forgetting to put a shirt on and walking out of his bedroom half asleep in the morning in only boxers or sweatpants", and he knew he was getting to her by the highly visible blush that would overtake her whole body before she would stare at the floor with intense concentration. So that was their thing, teasing each other.

Star's P.O.V

I woke up at rolled over, squinting with one eye open to check the time.

10am.

I don't remember getting into bed. Key said he was going to be home late last night because he was at work, so I decided to wait up for him. The last thing I remember it switching through channels on the couch at 2am trying to find something to watch that wasn't teleshopping.
