El's pov

she..is..in-love with me? I sat on my bed in disbelief. Let me go ask will for help!
"Will..?"
"Hey el! What's up?"
"uhm so like..can a girl be in-love with another girl?"
"yes.? Why?"
"Oh ma- MADDIE..MY FRIEND MADDIE ASKED ME! OK THANK YOH WILL BYE"
"bye?"
I remember Mike saying that he doesn't support the same gender dating..he said his dad didn't so he didnt..does hopper support it?..I wonder what max is doing let me go check! I put the black blindfold on and turn on the tv to static and soon enough I'm in the black void I hear screaming and crying..I see max.. throwing her skateboard in two pieces at a tree her leg is all bloody when she is done throwing the skateboard and kicking the tree she goes and puts her back to the tree and slides down.
"w..why..me.." she was sobbing quietly whispering that.
"max." She looked around at then straight at me as she faded away. I took the blindfold off and wiped the blood away from my nose. She looked mad but sad also it was to late to go out Joyce wouldn't let me. I laid on my bed..this is my fault. Not mikes. Mine. I hurt her..and I couldn't even say sorry..she told me to never go to her house no matter the problem but..I HAVE to apologize.. I will do it tomorrow.

*the next day*

It was early so I could have to to think about what I'm getting.. she broke her skateboard! I will get her that and some chocolate she said she likes the milk one. I got ready and put nice clothes on a white shirt and some jeans I took a belt and put it on then tucked my shirt in. I brushed my hair and then asked will if he can come to the mall. He said yes!
"So what are we getting?"
"A skateboard then chocolate"
"why?"
"Because."
"Because of what?"
"LOOK SKATEBOARDS"
"Come on"
I got her one that had Wonder Woman on the bottom it was
"350.99"
Will handed him something green then we went to the chocolate store
"A dozen chocolates please"
Will handed some more green stuff then gave me the stuff. The chocolate came in a heart box so I walked to Max's. I knocked hiding the presents the door swung open I saw max!
"what do you want eleven."
"I wanted to give you these!" I handed her the presents
"why. Why are you doing this to me." She threw the gifts on the floor.
"why eleven. your breaking my heart everyday and you are giving me these now? this is the reason I love you el! your just to kind to understand the pain your putting me through."
And with that she slammed the door I was to shocked and I walked away like I saw a ghost when k passed the fence my eyes burned i went against the fence and slid down.. I felt tears and they were streaming down my face. I'm such a jerk. why am I a jerk. WHY.
