I felt bad for max but that's why I wanted to be her best friend I mean she is so nice she is cool to. I quietly entered my room.
"will..where were you?"
"oh uhmm at mikes house!"
"Oh."
"I'm gonna go sleepover there"
"Is anyone else going?"
"No just me" my voice was getting higher
"you're lying"
"nooo"
"Will tell the truth."
And just just like that I heard my voice but I couldn't stop, el had recently learned how to get people tell the truth.
"fuck."
"y-your hanging out with max..and you know.."
"I mean yea? I'm their friends to you know..and what you did was fucked up el. Why did you lead max on then have a make out session with Mike when you knew max was coming over!" I was so mad at el that I just shoved the rest of my stuff in the bag and stormed outside. I walked to maxs and she was outside sitting on the steps.
"Hey maxie!"
"Hey Willy wonka!"
"Is Neil home?"
"Nah apparently he went to L.A. or something my moms at work to"
"Cool!"
"Come in" I walked in and went to maxs room there was different skateboards resting on the wall, different magazines, and posters on her wall.
"So what do you wanna do?"
"I can teach you how to play d&d..?"
"Cool! But don't we need at least 3 people?"
"No but it's better with more people..you can actually play by yourself"
"Oh okay!"
After about 3 hours max finally got the hang of it.
"This game is actually kinda fun!"
"Yea I know"
"Ha!"
"Im bored now"
"How about I teach you how to skate.."
"oh my god..yes!"
"Ok grab one"

I grabbed a skateboard and helmet then followed her.
"Ok so put one foot on then push with the other, to stop you put your foot on the floor and push back..you got it?"
"Yea yea"
I put my helmet on then did what max told me.
"WHOAAAAAAAA MAXXXXX THISSS ISSS SOOO COOLLLLL" my voice was bumpy since I hit rocks
"YEA I KNOW"
I tripped and fell in grass.
"WILL! ARE YOU OKAY?"
"HAHAHAHA IM OKAY THAT WAS SO COOL"
She laid down next to me and we watched the stars.
"max..?"
"mhm"
"I'm gay"
"I know"
"what?"
"I know you're gay?"
"oh" I chuckled a bit
"how's el.."
"oh um she's fine"
"oh..yea..that's good...she probably doesn't even miss me.."
She muttered the last part not thinking i heard her.
