Y/n's pov:

A/n: I didn't know what else to put for your sick day so I'm moving on to the bath day.

The deadheads, one of my many favourite places in the glade, would be where bath day occurs. This is because of the calm nature and the gorgeous lake in the middle of the forest. The trees, flowers and mushrooms surrounding the body of water gave off a magical feeling.

The grass was soft under my feet as I slipped off my shoes and tied up my hair. I slowly slipped into the fresh water (wearing bike shorts and an old shirt because there is no way I'm taking off my clothes in the deadheads).

There was a rustle in the leaves as Newt, Gally, Ben and Chuck walked to the lake. The older boys had a look of disgust as this was their least favourite day. Chuck however, looked absolutely excited and was bubbling with anticipation.

I made my way onto the edge of the lake as the boys took of their socks and shoes. Minho strutted through the trees, fashionably late as usual, carrying the box of hair and facial supplies as well as a few towels.

"Alright boys, you know the drill." I began. "Shirts off. In the water."

The boys all groaned as they stripped off their shirts and trudged into the water. Right on cue Ben made his very loud gasp when the water touched his chest and wiggled around in discomfort.

I dove back into the water and tackled Gally first, the shampoo bottle in my hands. He propped me up on his shoulders as I scrubbed the dandruff on his scalp away. Once his hair was rinsed and conditioned, I swam over to Ben.

He squealed as I 'attacked' his hair with shampoo and vigorously scrubbed, cleaning his hair. Newt was next and he tried to swim away but failed miserably when I grabbed him by the leg. Chuck laughed at everyone's reactions but dove under the water when it was his turn. It took a whole five minutes for me to get Chuck to sit still so I could clean his hair.

As usual, Minho's hair took the longest to do. I had to get rid of all the hair gel buildup from the past few days, and let me tell you it is a painstaking task.

Once the boys' hair was finally clean, I took the time to do my hair. I took it out of the messy bun it was in and aggressively scrubbed my scalp. Once that was done I climbed out of the water and carefully laid out five towels on the ground.

Knowing what was coming, the boys joined me on the ground and laid out on the towels. I dug through the box Minho brought and pulled out a bottle of face cream.

I squirted a glob of cream into my palm and smothered it on each boy's face, rubbing it in vigorously. They all groaned when their turn came and I could tell they hated the feeling.

When I finished with Minho, he pulled out two slices of cucumber and placed them over his eyes. I told them to wait ten minutes before they could go back into the lake to clean their faces.

Gally was seated at my feet in his hut while I was on the bed. The scissors in my hand moved carefully through his now clean hair. "Why do you do this to us?" He asked, referring to this morning.

"One, because your hair is appalling every month," I began. "Two, you need to learn to take better care of your hygiene. And three, it's fun for me."

"That's fair, I guess." Gally gruffly responded.

"So, do you think the next greenie will be a boy or a girl?" I asked, changing the subject.

"Girl," Gally didn't hesitate to ponder the question. "Definitely a girl."
