Nick:
I enter the long corridor that leads to the cells. Simple lightbulbs dangle from the high ceiling, casting a cold and uncomfortable light. The walls are made the same way. Plain concrete walls with no personality whatsoever. My footsteps echo on the floor. I'm curious how Erik will react. Because as far as I could find out, Erik's grandson showed up in prison. I'm assuming he wasn't happy about his grandfather's disappearance. Neither would I. I stop a step from the cell door. Erik, glaring at me, says nothing. Just like with Loki and Tony, I also put a bondage on him. Only with the difference that I only activated the tracking function for Tony. On the other two, however, I also turned on the power suppression feature. If they even try to free themselves, they're as good as dead.
"How about you?" I ask, seemingly interested. But Erik keeps staring at me.
"You know, I cheated a bit on our deal. In fact, I intend to destroy both the Avengers and the X-Men. And you're going to help me with that."
"Go to hell!" he practically spits at my feet. But I don't move.
"Aren't you listening to me? I'm about to tell you about my great plan and you're not really listening. I see that as an insult."
"What am I supposed to care about? After all, I'm tied up here and can't do anything.", he hisses.
"Well! Is that how you treat your host? I don't think so. And you'll be interested. Especially if I'm going to visit your beloved family. Oh yeah, that's right. You left them. And I'll bet you never seen your grandson." I say calmly. For a moment, his true feelings break through the mask of anger.
"I have a grandson?" he asks, completely surprised. So I was right with my guess and he doesn't know about it.
"Now listen carefully." I say gruffly and pull him up by his hair.
"If you don't want anything to happen to your amazing family, I would obey if I were you!" I say clearly.
"Did I make myself clear?" I ask anyway. But Erik's face reveals nothing about his thoughts.
"I think we agree."Eric:
I would like to show him where the hammer is, but I can't. Because of the stupid bondage on my foot. Why is he making me freak out? Does he really want to see me suffer? Or why is he saying things to me on purpose to provoke me? If he thinks that he can betray his plan without having to suffer any consequences, then he is very wrong. If I had Charles or Jean's gift at my disposal right now, I would easily warn them. But she still wouldn't help me. 'Cause I'm lugging said shackle around with me, waiting for whatever. Wait a moment! I may not be able to warn the others with my mutation, but if I...Maybe I'll be lucky and somehow reach the X Men. If only I knew what abilities mutants have. Can one of them perhaps sense my feelings? Or feel my suppressed abilities? I never thought I would welcome my mutation. I used to see them as flaws. Something that doesn't really belong to me but is simply there. If only the word actual didn't exist! To hell! What am I thinking right now? I would like to go back in time now and undo all my mistakes. Or grab a mutant with that ability.
