If I show up to school on Monday with my costume and no one else is dressed up I'm going to cry
Ayla
"Where have you been!" He yelled.
"I fucking told you about leaving! I told you." He held me by my collar.
"Shut up, dad." I sighed. Tired of letting him dominate me.
Tired of fucking everything.
"What?" He seethed.
"I said shut up."
"Who said you could speak to me this way?" He pinched my cheek, bringing me up to my feet.
"Fuck off."
"Show some fucking respect! I'm your father!" He yelled, my ears ringing.
"You mean the way you respect me?" I sarcastically spoke, licking the tears off of
my lips.He laughed the way Noah had did only short a few minutes ago.
"You don't deserve my respect." His spit landed in small droplets on my skin.
"I can't cater to a fucking deadbeat, drunk drug addict who won't get his ass up to pay his bills. I'm eighteen and soon enough I'll be out of here. Who'll be here to hold up the house, keep a roof over your head?" I asked.
He slapped my cheek on the same exact spot Noah did, letting the skin go weak.
I breathed out harshly, feeling my chest burning with anger and sadness.
He grabbed my hair and slammed my head into the wall. My vision went blurry for a second until I regained the clarity.
"I never fucking wanted you, I tried everything. Giving your mother alcohol, pushing her down the stairs anything to have you fucking killed but you made it."
How does one react when their father says he tried to kill you?
What was I supposed to do.
Act surprised, he never loved me.
I knew he never loved me.
"Mom didn't deserve you, you piece of shit!" I seethed, spitting onto his face.
"You little shit." He grimaced.
He suddenly turned around, causing me to feel relief.
Until he picked up Sundae from the ground, Sundae meowed in distress, thrashing in dads arms.
"Dad, no. No!" I yelled.
He held her by the neck.
"You wanna be disrespectful! This is what you get you little shit!" He threw sundae on the ground.
She landed on her feet until I saw his boot encased foot come down on her neck before she had the chance to run away. The sounds of her brittle bones crunching under his foot was enough to make me vomit.
He stared at me with an evil grin before slamming my door shut.
