it was now summer, and everything had gone back to normal for the party. eleven and mike were together, and so was arlo and max. there was even something going on between apollo and steve.

𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐎 𝐇𝐀𝐃 𝐒𝐔𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐀 𝐃𝐄𝐄𝐏 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐇 from where she was hiding, her eyes screwed shut as she tried to calm herself down. the pool was now closed for the night and everyone had gone home. everyone except for billy hargrove. the party was hiding inside the small gym, waiting for the plan to start. billy was currently showering, mike using the opportunity to close and lock off the main entrance to the locker room. now, mike was slowly but surely luring billy towards the sauna. arlo was covered in her shadows, using her abilities to see when billy had finally made it inside the gym.
"he's in the gym." arlo announced in a hushed tone when the hargrove boy walked inside.
"got you." billy mumbled when he had seen the cpr dummy inside the sauna, arlo using her abilities to cover the dummy in shadows so that he wouldn't see. billy then started to walk towards the sauna, a cackle escaping his lips as he clapped.
"come and get me, you piece of shit." mike taunted through the walkie that was taped to the dummy.
once billy had opened the sauna door, arlo quietly stepped out of the shadows and made the shadows that she was using to cover the dummy vanish. she gulped when billy had stepped inside the sauna, grabbing the dummy by the throat and picking him up. el stepped out of her hiding spot as well, sending a reassuring not towards the harrington girl.
