We've been taking away the bijuu meaning basically killing the jinchuuriki for a while now. I still can't stand the look of killing someone but my hands are dirty with their blood. My small mental breakdowns have been happening more and more often.

I don't really notice it but I think I've been distancing myself from Itachi and the others. I'm afraid. Afraid of everything. Of my next move. I wish I would have gone through anbu training.

I'm too emotional.

Itachi Pov

The time has come. He's finally strong enough. But first... I have a few things to take care of.

Y/N Pov

I've been training nonstop for the past month. Probably one of the reasons I don't interact with anyone anymore..
Ok enough. Stop thinking about dumb stuff.

I jump out of my thoughts as I feel a poke on my forehead.

Y/N:"Hey! What was that for??"

Itachi:"just a wake up call.. now. Do you want to take this mission with me? It's quite important you wouldn't want to miss out."

An important mission? Why hasn't pain said anything?

Y/N:"Oh of course! What is it about?"

"We don't have much time I'll tell you on the way."

I nod and gather a few supplies. Infront of the entrance I see the black haired Uchiha. He isn't wearing his coat? Should I also wear something casual?

Y/N:"Is this something that shouldn't attract attention?"

He nods so I just take off and put my coat in the bag I brought with me.

We've already travelled for a few hours already and he hasn't uttered a single word about the mission so I just ask.

Y/N:"So..when are you going to give me the details? I can't just run into battle without any clue."

Itachi:"Its not a Battle....just- keep an eye out for someone with eh.. light blue hair."

"Uh sure. I'll make sure to watch their every move!"

He chuckles which makes me even more confused.

In the evening

Itachi:"We're here. They should be in the food stall or rather restaurant since it's so big."

We go inside and I don't spot a blue haired person.

"Itachi where are they? I don't see anyone." I whisper.

"There is no one."

"What?? What do you mean?"

Itachi:"I asked pain for a day off." He gives me a downward smile. "You've been training nonstop and I know you would not have come if I asked. So... I brought you here."

Wow. He was capable of doing that.

Y/N:"I'm impressed..."

Itachi:"we should order something."

I grin. "Let me guess.. dango?"

"..your memory would come in handy if it would work in battle-"

"Hey don't come at me! I'd also like some."

Half an hour later

So.. we should travel back just like that? Let's do something fun.

"Wanna go to-"

"Today there is a festival. Would you want to go?"

A date? AHHHH I CANT DO THIS. ITS TOO CUTE. My heart is gonna stop any minute now.
