Y/N Pov

I can't do this anymore. This... it's too much. Now that he's gone I feel- empty. I'm helplessly crying in one of the rooms in this new hideout. As soon as Sasuke wakes up I'll flee to the village. They'll need backup for the war..

I've lost track of time. It's already late. I assume Sasuke is awake? I need to check on him. Wiping away my tears I make my way to the room where he's held. I decide to watch through the slit of the door. Tobi is being burned by black flames... Itachi planted that, didn't he?

I can feel my eyes watering once again.

Sasuke:"That can't be! He was an enemy. He was the one who killed our mother and father. You're just telling lies..."

He's struggling to move with the rope tied around him.

Tobi:"Yet you're still alive, aren't you?Isnt that enough proof that he was forced to do that? He just couldn't bring himself to kill his younger brother that meant everything to him." Sasukes expression stiffens. "Itachi died with a smile because he spent his last breaths by your side. He took the burden of being a traitor just so he could spy from the inside. Never once did he stop to think about himself... only about the sake of the village and you."

Sasuke is calm. He's processing everything. Everything is being lined up in his head. The tension in the room is now murderous. I now believe Sasuke wants to kill that Danzo as much I do.

It's not Sasukes fault. It's not his fault... I clench my fists as I try to calm my mind from going in that direction. Once again I think about what he said.

"I'd probably spend my last day with my loved ones.."

And so he did. I was so dumb.. I could've stopped this. Why didn't I catch on?!

Lost in thought I didn't notice Tobi walking out of the room.

"Your turn to talk to him."

I let out a hum grateful that it's dark because right now I can't keep myself together.

Walking into the room I find Sasuke lost in thought. I have the urge to hug him as he's the only other person who was close to him but I don't believe the Black haired boy is even in his right mind.

Trying to show a reassuring smile I bend down to meet his height.
Y/N:"Hey... want to talk to me?"

Startled he stared into my eyes. I guess I went unnoticed.

Sasuke:"What did he say about everything.."

I slowly untied the rope around him as I started. "You know he was very proud of you and your progress in strength. Always ranting about his little brother to me.." my smile faded as the memories came flooding back. "When you were training he would always watch you. I always had to reassure him you would be fine under that snake." I lightly chuckle thinking back. "He loved you more than anything in this world, Sasuke." He listened to me till the very end with his tears increasing.

I sat myself beside him and stared at the ceiling.

A few minutes had passed when he started. "What is your plan. It's not like I'll follow you or anything.. I just want to know."

I thought for a few seconds.
Y/N:"I'd say either go back to the village to help later or stay here and see when it's time to change sides." I made sure to be quiet enough so only he could hear me.

Sasuke:"I'll kill Danzo then I'll see what'll be the best option." I only nod as it's understandable.

"Feel free to talk to me I guess I'll stay here for the time being."

Only exchanging a nod we both walk out. One towards revenge and the other towards betrayal.
