Itachi pov

I wake up early. It's really nothing new.
I'm about to stand up as Y/N pulls me closer.

She seems to still be asleep as her breathing is slow.

In hopes not to wake her up I try to move as slow as possible.

But it failed. She's holding onto my hand like a brick. Sigh what should I do? Just wait until she wakes up?

I could swap places with something. But nevermind that. I can't teleport away each day for the rest of my life.
So I just lay down and relax.

Y/N pov

I should be nervous but I haven't slept like this in quite a while....what am I holding? A pillow?

AH HIS HAND! I stand up in a hurry and leave for the bathroom. I didn't even catch a glimpse of him to see if he was asleep or not. But both ways are totally embarrassing.

I bet he was awake. A person like him is likely to be on guard while sleeping.

Being so sunken in thought I didn't even notice that a white kimono with beautiful flowers was hanging with the towels. (Called uchikake)

If I'm marrying in this then it's worth it. It's like a dream. Though getting in it is a bit of a challenge.

After finally getting ready I head into the room once again. I need a weapon just in case the plan goes wrong. Grabbing my Kunai and placing it around my thighs should be enough.

As I walk out Itachi is coming inside. Wearing a completely black Kimono (called Kuromontsuki haori hakama)
with his hair in a low ponytail as always.

Black would make his red eyes shine more. But I know that is really exhausting to keep up. I once read that having an advanced level of the Sharingan can make you go blind. I'll have to ask him in the future.

Out of embarrassment from earlier I just leave for breakfast. In this formal outfit eating stuff that could stain is a bad idea so I go for for an apple. Hoping there's cake I leave space in my stomach.

Mikoto looks super happy today. No wonder. Her oldest son is getting married. Is Tsunade also like this? I know the situation isn't the best but I do hope she'll be happy for today.
I'm really glad I get to see her from now on.

I'd love to ask if I will be able to go on missions but I'm completely scared of Fugaku. I've never even talked to him. And the way he looks at me is with pure hate.
So I leave it be. I will ask someday.

Start of the wedding
Itachi pov

There aren't many people here. Just my close family, two of the sannin, one of their subordinates, close friends of my father which I take for the people who helped him with the idea, the hokage and a pig?

Well that is none of my concern as long as everything goes smoothly.

One of the sannin, Jiraiya, goes to get the bride I assume. I take my place infront of the hokage, who will be leading the whole thing, and wait.

Y/N enters with Jiraiya. She looks stunning.

As the hokage begins. We both say our vows and..I feel something being thrown at us!

It's a Kunai...with a paper bomb.
Luckily I was able to catch and throw it away though it left my hand scarred.

Looking for the enemy I see all of the Uchiha in the room stand up and look ready to attack.

My mother and brother seem scared and totally confused as to why my own father is attacking me. He must've found out I was the one who sold him out.

I was sure he wouldn't blame me. So why?
