He stared at her eyes, looking at the ocean which showed hope to him. That hope, which he longed to see in many years. For Jannat, his eyes were a menancing phantasm which she couldn't resist.

Better.
I glance at the tea in my hands. I feel better now, a lot better in precise but when I look up I feel more better. I chuckle realising who I am looking at.
My fiancée
"Is there something in my face?" He asks thinking that I might be laughing because he looked funny. He was wrong, he was not funny but too comfortable to be with. "No."
"You are laughing."
"No."
"You are."
I am laughing again. "It's nothing, Shuraim. I just couldn't hold my laugh because seeing you drinking tea looked-"
"Seeing that, I'm drinking tea looks like?" He asks as I stopped being hesitated.
"Cute," I say. "You are seriously too good to me." He settles comfortably in the seat in front and chuckles having a sip of the delight. "Why do you say so?"
"I have been in many relationships, Jannat. I have been in at least six if I really look into it." That doesn't shocks me. He did looked like a playboy before. That was the first impression I had on him but as I look into things, relationships are too fake to be adorned like a crown.
"I know. It's not like I have never read about you. I knew about you but I never saw your face in any of the parties or news, I was simply not interested. I have heard Papa talking about Baig Industries a couple of times with Zain who is interested in business. I know." I said keeping the mug down. The shopping bags besides us. I shopped a lot today. Shuraim got me all of these, he didn't looked like he regrets any of it.
"It's not about telling you about it. It's about telling you how you stand differently amongst them. If I name those relationships differently, they were interested in my money, my power, my face. I don't think anyone ever tried to sneak into my soul."
The way he is unfolding honestly. I am glad I got engaged to this man in here. He knows what I need, where I need and what comforts me. I began, "Even though you forced me into this relationship, I can't explain how happy I am to be in this place today."
He smiles; like genuinely smiles, "I bumped into Farah two days ago at the restaurant. I know it was on the headlines the other day. I knew that would have raised doubts on me or anger in yourself for trusting me but I am glad you kept it aside without venting your anger."
