The early morning train came to a screeching stop. The train put off a large puff of smoke and an earsplitting whistle that filled the brisk morning air of the quaint farm town of Resombol. The sun was low in the sky, setting a warming glow on the rolling hills.
Timidly Trisha Elric stepped off the train onto the familiar terrian. Odd, she had not remembered boarding this train. To think about it she hadn't remembered leaving Resombol. She looked to the place whet her house stood. Much to her surprise her house was gone! All that was left was a scorched pile pf rubble. Before thinking it over she took off toward the ruined house.
Next another pair of familiar faces stepped off the train: Urey and Sarah Rockbell. They smiled, happy to see Resombol after that awful war.
"Winry's going to be thrilled!" Sarah cheered starting to jog toward the old Rockbell house.
"Yeah mom too, I can't wait to see what she made for breakfast," Urey added following his wife.
The couple arived at the house and ran through the door. They ran into the kitchen and found a young woman drying dishes. The woman had long Blonde hair and wore a plain dress and apron.
The woman turned in shock toward her intruders. Her big blue eyes filled with tears and the bowl she had been holding fell out of her hands and shattered, sending tiny shards of ceramic everywhere.
"Mom, dad!" The girl cried jumping into Sarah's arms and sobbing on her shoulders.
"We've missed you so much," Sarah said into her daughter's hair as Urey joined them in their embrace.
Meanwhile the last passenger unboarded the train. He got off with his golden hair tied in a single pony tail and wire glasses perched on his nose. He had to warn everyone of what was to come. Right before he started toward toward the old Rockbell house he saw Trisha standing at their old house staring up at the nothingness that remained. Hohenheim knew he had to explain everything to her first. And after he explain what had happened he doubted that she would be very happy with the boys.
