Raven POV

I was locked in a cage high above a dimly light pit. Some chains with my bow and arrows and other weapons tied to them hung just out of my reach. I heard a hiss behind me and when I turned around there was a fangpyre snake smiling coldly as he closed in. I desperately reached for a weapon, anything to defend myself with. I turned around. Just as the snake leaped with fangs bared I jolted awake to the sound of knocking on my door.

I sat up and rubbed my eyes. "Rave, are you awake?" Cole's muffled voice asked. "Well I'm awake now." I retort throwing off my covers. My door cracked open and Cole's face peeked in. "You decent?" He asked with his hands over his eyes which would've been a nice gesture if he wasn't peeking through his fingers. "Cole!" I snap which makes him smile smugly.

He opened the door and stepped inside. He had his ninja gi on and his hair was un-brushed and messy like usual. "How late did you stay up?" he asked looking at my desk which was filled with screwdrivers, wrenches, screws, bolts, and blueprints. "I dunno 12 somethin- somethin." I replied sitting cross legged.

"You shouldn't have, you gotta start training today." he says giving me a concerned look. I groan. "Do you guys always get up this early?" I ask glancing at the clock that read 9:30. "Yeah, what time do you get up?" he asked me. "3 ish..." I moan under my breath.

Cole grinned. "up up up!" he said clapping with each 'up'. "Nooooooo..." I moan pulling the covers over my head. I hear footsteps then fingers dig into my sides and start tickling me. I bust out laughing and squirm trying to inch away from him. "S-stop it!" I say in-between laughter.

"Not until you get up!" he says with a chuckle. "Fine! Fine! I'm up!" I shout and he stops. I glare over my blankets and see Cole's smug little face. "I guess I could call you grease monkey now." he says heading for the door. He stopped an turned around. "Oh and by the way, nice banana pajamas." he says. I throw off my covers again. "They're not bananas! It's pikachu!" I shout at him as he turns to leave again.

I reach down and grab my red sneaker and toss it at Cole. before it could hit him, jay walked by and the sneaker smacked into his head. "OW!" he whines. I flinched. "Sorry Jay! That was meant for my brother!" I call out into the hall. "Who throws a shoe?" jays annoyed voice calls out as he tossed my shoe back in my room.

(just so you know this is at the bounty. jay isn't just stalkishly hanging around their house)

I slide down my bed and push the door shut with my foot then slide off the end. I used my spinjitzu ,that I had learned to do shortly after getting my bow and arrows, ( Jay had personally bragged that he was the first to do spinjitzu) to dress myself in my gi, hooking my dragon tooth necklace (a gift from my mom when she went to china) and stomped out the door.

The guys' were already on deck with sensei Wu overlooking them. I shuffle onto the deck and squint trying to see. "Sun.... too bright..." I mumble blocking my eyes from the sun. "The sun is very bright Raven, you should not look directly into it or you could severely damage your eyes." Zane says matter-o-factly. "Noooo really?" I say my voice dripping with sarcasm.

He blinked. "Yes. I do not see how it is hard to believe." I frowned. " Maybe I should install a sarcasm switch in there." I say poking his chest while thinking of ways to install a switch. He only blinked and gave me a glazed over stare.

I smiled and back away. "Does he have a humor switch?" I asked Cole. "He actually does." I looked at him waiting for a 'no just kidding' or 'lol JK' but his expression was dead serious.

"O-okay..." I mumble. "So when are we gonna train?" Kai pulled out a small remote and pushed a button. the floor moved beneath me and started rising. With a yelp I jumped backwards just as a mini training course appeared above deck.
