In the guest room up in Tony and Pepper's penthouse Evie quickly changed back into the clothes she was wearing earlier and carefully hung up her dress in its garment bag zipping it up. As she looked around to see if she left anything behind she noticed that she had several changes of clothes, a mix of workout and normal, folded neatly in a wicker laundry basket set on the dresser. Had she really come over that often and switched what she was wearing enough to leave stuff behind? The answer was obviously yes, but it'd only been a couple of weeks that she'd been coming to visit. Besides the fact that her relationship with Bucky was so new, Evie was pretty sure he had quite a few clothing items of hers floating about in his room as well. Although to be fair six out of ten times she was coming over to work out and spar with him and Steve seeing as they were the only ones who could take her on without getting hurt.

Well Thor too, but he still treated her like she'd break if he breathed too hard in her direction. That was gonna have to change soon so that she could change things up and get a more challenging workout in. Smiling to herself she took all of her stuff and tightly packed the small bag she'd forgotten the night of her date. She knew Tony and Pep wouldn't mind if her stuff was here, but she didn't want to get too comfortable leaving anything behind. This wasn't her home after all. Double checking the room one more time Evie made her way out of the penthouse and down to the team's common floor to meet up with her dad, Sten and the others who were home. Hearing laughter coming from the living room area she follows the sound to see her dad and brother chatting with Thor and Clint.

Setting her bags down on one of the chairs not currently occupied, Evie meandered over to plop down on the couch. Leaning her head on the god of Thunder's broad shoulder as she smiled at the sight of her family talking animatedly with the Avengers. Resting a large hand on her knee the Asgardian gave it a gentle squeeze. "Little Valkyrie, how are you feeling after your trying day?"

Tipping her head back she looked up into his spring sky blue eyes and huffed out a long sigh of relief. Thor's eyes were the only others that she noticed that changed as often with their moods as Blue's. This lighter shade let her know he was happy and content at the moment. Though to be fair Thor was usually content and happy every time she saw him giving him golden retriever vibes in the best way in that he always made her feel at ease. The lovable god of Thunder was one of the only people she'd met since she'd been rescued that she instantly trusted and never made her feel less than because of her sometimes drastic mood swings. He would crack a horrible joke that she didn't get but said killed back on Asgard or he'd sit next to her in a silent offer to be a giant cuddle buddy. In the new group of friends he was quickly becoming her closest friend and confidant besides Blue of course.

Thinking about his question she took her time before answering. How did she feel after all of the revelations and announcements? Relieved for sure. Definitely scared about what this all meant now that everyone knew but mostly she felt lighter. It was one less thing that she had to hide from people although she wasn't particularly happy that she'd had to take on more responsibilities in regards to Stark Industries. That had been a not very awesome request from the board members when Tony had called them on their way back to the Tower. The only saving grace had been that he had told them that she'd already agreed to head the Camden Industries merger. Technically she was co-heading with her dad, but he put it out there that she'd volunteered. 'Eager' had been his exact wording. Giving Thor a small smile she shrugged. "Exhausted. But also kind of glad. With the truth about me out there about who I am to Tony and what happened to me. It's kind of like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders that I didn't realize was there."

"I have every confidence that you'll do well in your new role. I know Tony will be glad that he can now show off his intelligent and remarkable daughter to the world." She blushed at his effusive compliments feeling shy being praised, but he wasn't close to being done. "I've met many people in my long life although I have yet to meet anyone who has handled the aftermath of what you went through as gracefully as you, Evie."
