"Home is not just a physical address, it's an emotion, a state of mind, a feeling, a person." - I don't care where I am as long as I'm with you
The second your photo disappeared from the system; Spencer knew he was about to see your mugshot. You know you did nothing wrong so your smiling, and that makes him smile. He knows how you feel about the situation. Even though he is taking it seriously, you aren't. You know that the team will get you out. You know that even if you don't get out, Emily will keep her word. She will make sure that she does everything in her power to get you out. Spencer had already been back to visit you since he got out. He came to make sure you were still okay and sure of the decision you made. You are. Your used to your mother being like this and he's not. Spencer shouldn't have to be locked in a cell because your mother planted drugs in your apartment. At least one person from the team will come to check on you every day. Penelope made a schedule for everyone's visits, and they are supposed to stick to it even though Spencer definitely hasn't. He's come almost every day and he tells you how far the team had gotten and if they are any closer to getting you out. Which they are. You think...

Rossi is in his office when Hotch walked in and sat down."Yes?" Rossi asked with confusion.
"Did Y/n ever tell you about her parents?" He said slowly.
"No. She's never told me anything about it. Did you know?"
"Yes."
"How long have you known?"
"Since she started working here. Before that actually. When she walked into my office before, she joined the team, she told me about her parents and how far they go sometimes. I never thought she would be put behind bars because of it."
"You couldn't have known Aaron. She didn't even know her parents were in town."
"I know." He looks out of the window of Rossi's office; his eyes make their way to Spencer at his desk. "He's stressed."
Rossi follows Hotch's eyes to Spencer. He's sitting at his desk, his hands fumbling together. His leg is bouncing up and down with no intent of stopping anytime soon.
"Well, his girlfriend is behind bars. He'll be okay. We just need to get Y/n back."
"We will. Table in 5."
Rossi nodded his head and stood up to make his way to the room. Hotch stands up and walks out. He places his hands on the rail and says, "My team at the table in 5." He turns to walk into his office where he grabs a file and walks to the round table.
Spencer comes in last, walking slow as not to trigger himself. As if moving slightly faster would break him apart. He sat down in between JJ and Hotch. He looked at them both and offered a small smile. Hotch turned his head to look at the rest of the team.
Before he begins to speak, he stands up and puts his hands on the table. "No one is leaving this room until Y/n is out. She is already in the system, but I've been calling people in a higher position to see if they could be of any assistance to us and our current situation. I was told I can't disclose the name of the person until after she's back. I need to hear anything new that anyone may have figured out since last time we met here."

After about 7 hours of straight conversation and work, they found a way to get you out. They also managed to get you a phone call which you obviously used to call Spencer.

"Click 1 to receive a call from inmate Y/n Y/l/n."He immediately clicked 1. He didn't like how the word 'inmate' sounded in front of your name. He was almost desperate to hear your voice.
