"You were tampering with other universes separate from the main ones weren't you?" Senovisa asked. "This was your plan from the very start and I was just a pawn." He frowned at him.
Samael snickered at him. "I had originally intended to explore them before you were here. The prophecy of an angel having both mastered light and dark intrigued me. But when Lucy emerged, I had this feeling she was the one. And she was..."
Senovisa glanced back at Death. "Why did you play dirty and not tell me she wasn't the one? I didn't know you would be so cold to the one human you spoke to the most."
"Well, I wasn't lying. I just didn't tell you what version of her it would be." Death chuckled. "Samael and Lucifer were also good friends of mine. I couldn't complicate things that much."
"You got your wish, Senovisa. The one who will kill you is present. I only made it viable because Lucy was here." Samael grinned.
Lucy glared at them as the others joined up. "This is so weird. I'm like staring into a mirror but her aura gives me the chills." Her wings twitched and she lowered her sword.
Lilith's face lit up as she blushed. "Woah, this is amazing! I mean, wow! There are two of you?" She laughed.
"Well, we don't have to fight over affection now." Ignis winked at them.
"I'm not sure how to feel about this." Hanna kept his blaster close. "She could be a threat with how Samael described her. We don't know what she'll do."
Sio nodded. "If she's anything like Lucy then we have reason to worry. Her strength is a monster of its own."
"And there's also another figure that came out of that hole." Yuno chimed in. "Smells like Spades but different."
The figure before them stood up from the shadows. They wore all black and a mask over their face. Lucina eyed them before she crossed both arms and exhaled.
"Clover, you didn't have to follow me. I was just going to check out this new reality before coming back." She groaned.
Clover approached her with both hands behind his back. "You never care about leaving us behind. That adventurous spirit of yours is untameable like always." He stopped when he spotted Lucy across from them.
Lucina smirked at him. "Spitting image of me, right? She even has a similar fashion of dressing like me." Her eyes shifted over to Ignis and laughed. "Oh, and there's a version of him here, too?"
"These two are quite the intimidating power duo." Ember said as she rubbed both arms.
"You can say that again, Ember. They make me feel scared." Skylar whispered. She hid behind her and peeked over Ember's leg like a toddler.
Gwen stared up at the sky with a scrunched-up nose. "Hmph, I don't really vibe with their scent. What do you think, Yuno?"
Yuno scowled at the two. "Yeah, I wouldn't trust them at all."
"Aw, they seem worried about us being here. We haven't even done anything but check the place out." Lucina noticed angels and demons fighting. "Appears we stumbled into a war of some sort."
"There are also those two up there fighting." Clover pointed at Lucifer and the creator. "My guess is that's the devil."
Senovisa narrowed his eyes and held a hand to his head. "I can't believe I was lied to. All this effort and time spent with Lucy but she wasn't the one." He closed both eyes. "Now all I feel is anger for losing my friends. So much time wasted..."
Lucius, Evanes. Forgive me for making your deaths worth nothing. I couldn't predict such an outcome. A headache struck him as he rubbed his head.
