They all sat at a round table in the basement of the tavern, they could hear the hums of the upper level as reunions were coming to a close. The man and women, who no one besides Fujita, Sakane, and Yuno had known the names of, were now accompanied by another woman who seemed just as fond of the three they thought to be dead.

"Anyone care to explain?" Koko spoke up after a few long moments of waiting. Her anxiety was making her agitated.

"I suppose an explanation is due," the woman, who had been singing earlier, began, "I am Winona, owner of Serena's Shirlene Medleys."

"Nice to meet you Winona," Mursai said, a bright smile on his face.

"And I you," she smiled back at him, "I don't know if Yuno ever told you a bunch about me, but I helped raise her and Sakane, at least as well as I could before the whole deadly rain thing happened."

The man waved after she had finished, starting his own introduction, "'m Helio," he had a gruff voice, "Winona's husband."

Helio was a pixie, similar to Koko, but Helio had a much darker skin that wasn't green, and his wings were an orange and yellow tint, reflecting that of a sunset. His hair was buzzed. He wore white and golden robes that were loosely draped over his body. His eyes were like pools of lava, it was hard not to get captivated by them.

"And I'm her wife!" A much more energetic voice spoke, it was the other woman, "you can call me Osi."

Osi had dragonic features, just like Mursai, her wings were much less torn than his, and they were a deep purple-balck color while Mursai's were green. Her eyes reflected her wings, black with purple flakes swimming in the darkness. She wore a lot of leather, with the sheaths for swords on either side of her hips. Her hair was long and curly, it was white as well, almost blinding in fact.

Koko cut through the friendly greetings, very visibly irritated, "we don't have any fucking time for this," she started, her eyes piercing, "do any of you actually care about what happens to Kyve? Will any of you actually do anything if she dies?"

Mursai reached for her hand but recoiled. He was losing her.

"Koko, we're all on edge right now, we can execute the plan soon-" Leilani tried to reason before she was cut off by the aggravated green pixie.

"Oh shut the fuck up Leilani, we get it you're the fucking lady Leilani, daughter of Madame Solis, but you know what I dont give a single fat flying fuck what your status is." She was quickly becoming sober, this wasn't going to end well.

Yuno was steaming, literally. She had just been reunited with the people who she considered her family, and it felt like Koko had just taken that moment away from her, ripped it from her hands, threw it onto the ground, and spit on it.

"Shut the fuck up before I make you," Yuno said through gritted teeth.

"Oh what are you gonna do?" Koko taunted, "throw one of your bottles at me? Oh no, the drunk is threatening me. Whatever will I do?" She mocked.

Fujita, Winona, and Sakane all looked at Yuno, with too much concern on their faces for her liking.

"Have you seen yourself? You're a pitiful sack of flesh without your drugs," they were both standing at this point.

Mursai started to panic, he knew if this became a big conflict he would have to choose sides or lose both of them. He felt his worlds falling apart. His hands bunched up into fists on his lap as he tried to hold back the tears that were already starting to flow down his face.

He felt a hand on his shoulder, it was Sakane. He looked at Mursai with a sort of understanding, something about his eyes said that this will all be okay, that Mursai won't have to choose in the end.

None of this was noticed by the two screaming addicts.

"Koko we are all on edge and scared for Kyve!" Yuno blurted out, "you are not special!"

"Then why are we just sitting around doing nothing?" She began to pick at the patch of moss on her forearm.

There was silence after that, and Koko took it as her queue to leave. She slammed the door behind her and no one followed.

She stormed up the stairs wiping tears from her eyes, no one paid much attention to her as she made it into the tavern and out again.

Yuno huffed as she sat back down. No one said a word, leaving her in her thoughts. It only took a few more moments for her to break the uncomfortable silence.

"Shit," she looked down to the tattoo on her wrist, III, the four of them all got it days after meeting. "I'm going after her."

"Me too," Mursai spoke up, wiping a tear from his cheek quickly, "Who knows how long she'll last out there sober."

"Count me in," Leilani stood up, "Mursai's right, she doesn't have anything on her, she's either going to die or cause death."

"Before you go," Helio stood up and walked over to them, "Take these."

He reached into the large vase by the door and pulled out a collection of weapons.

He gave Yuno two katanas, both red, they almost looked as if they were lit aflame as she touched them. It was like they were made for her.

Leilani was given a large wooden staff, every inch was covered in intricate carvings mostly of the sun. She smiled warmly at the moon and star carvings.

He handed Mursai two serrated chakram, the tips of the blade a deep green that reminded Mursai of a forest.

"And these are for the little one," he said, referring to Koko, as he handed Leilani two pairs of wooden nunchucks, the wood tinted ever so slightly green.

"She'll love them," she said as she looked at Yuno and Mursai, "so long as she doesn't kill us with them."

The three of them laughed a little bit before it fizzled away. There was an awkwardness that filled the air, Leilani took it upon herself to leave before it became suffocating.

{Hey.... how y'all doin'? I am so sorry it's been a few months and I have several excuses, one being that I couldn't write for that entire time. Anywho, I'll be posting every Wednesday from now on, so to my three loyal readers, you're welcome.}
