It was 12 noon, Saturday. Yuko invited me to his house so I could meet his parents. We were "friends" now after all. I didn't object, I still thought this felt so unnatural but decided to go anyways, it was lightly raining, my coat in my hand as I looked out the window, I don't wanna do this but I have to. And with that i left the house.

While walking I recalled the other night, that man. Who was he? What was he? as I about to be robbed if yuko didn't turn up? Or possibly something worse?? No that's stupid.

I arrived at the gates of yukos house, it was modernly built with a large entrance.
I pressed the buzzer on the gate and waited
"Who is it" a soft voice said
"Shoyu." I said my voice firm
That soft voice then turned to loud screams and squeals.
"Huh?" I managed to say in confusion
"Oh, ur still on the buzzer?! Sorry you didn't hear anything." The voice replied
The gate door then automatically opened as I walked in. There were exotic plants surrounding me from flowers to trees. Just then the door opened for me to see
"Towa?" What was she wearing??
She came out with a fluffy jacket and a skirt too short for the weather paired with pink boots.
"Heyyy shoyuu" she said her voice high in pitch
I didn't reply. Maybe it was a mistake giving her a chance.
I walked towards the door and let myself in. I then saw two little girls scarily identical.
"That's amali and yori, they're-"
"Twins" I finished off looking at them, I've never seen real life ones before and was fascinated by it.
"Why are u acting like you've never seen one before" towa said while chuckling.
"I have never seen one before" I replied while still looking at them.
Towa gave me a weird look before she took me to the living room where I saw yuko solving a puzzle.
"Hey shoyu, it's been a while" he said smiling.
It's only been two days.. but I won't tell him that I guess.
I didn't say anything and sat down on a chair besides him.
"My mom is coming in a few minutes she's just showering right now."
I nodded and looked at the puzzle and said
"You're overthinking it way too much. It isn't like that"
"Is that a challenge" yuko said smirking while towa looked at me with wide eyes.
Turns out yuko was a master at puzzles and has even won competitions.
I looked down at the puzzle, it did look hard but as someone who's stayed at home for most of my life I've played a fair amount of puzzles.
He went out the living room and came back after a short while holding a handfool of puzzle boxes.
He set two on the table, he had the harder one while I was given a beginner puzzle.
"Whoever finishes first wins"
"The loser will have to bake a cake for everyone."
I looked at him expressionless
"3.."
"2.."
"1!!"
He quickly started putting puzzle pieces in their places.
I looked at mine and focused on the patterns. It was easy if I just stuck to it's pattern. I carefully put each puzzle piece together before realising how simple it was. I quickly placed each one in the correct place until I was done.
I got carried away and also finished yukos original puzzle that he was struggling to finish, It was so fun.
Just then yuko looked back at me smirking.
"I finish-"
His mouth dropped wide when he saw what Id done
"H-HOW??!" He yelled while towa snickered at his shock.
Again I didn't say anything.
"I think you have to bake that cake then yuko." Towa said teasingly
"I guess I do." Yuko replied.
"Let's get going then"
