Caius’ Past Story:

Eiden Frostburg Laurier begged, "Your Majesty, please that's enough. You're hurting him so badly. He's your son!" She is the mother of Caius and the queen of the north. She was asking with her husband to stop striking their 10-year-old son Caius, who he was now using a wipe while on his knees to hit. Little by little, scratches cause skin to become red and bleed. The poor kid wanted to cry, but he was forbidden from doing so, especially in front of his father. His father is nasty and regards him as a piece of trash and a curse object. The boy obeys his father's commands even though they were inappropriate and his wife disagreed with the way he handled his son's behavior. No maids enter, and those that do wait for their master to give the order while lowering their heads in silence.

She was grasping her husband's arm, yanking away the wipe he was holding, saying, "Please, stop it. Me, please just strike me instead of our son. Please take pity on him. Your too much. " But her husband is much stronger than him, and he instantly swiped his wife until she fell to the ground. Eiden sobbed while continuing to beg. His boy was kneeling, not saying a word, and making no movement at all. He was merely casually glancing at the parents. He was raised to have no feelings other than a rigid, cold impression. Similar to where they currently reside, where the ground is covered in snow and massive, frigid mountains. His heart wasn't frigid; rather, it was imprisoned in the darkness that his father had built for him.

“How many times have I told you not to go outside, and you still disobey me? Your useless fool!" His father, Alejandro Henske Laurier; the king of the north shouted.
His wife butted in, saying, "No. My lord. I gave him the permission to go outside. He's normal. I should be the one to get the punishment, not him. Please, stop this already. He's just a kid. You don't have to hit him badly."

“I didn't teach you to defy me. Lock him up and don't give him food for three days. Who cares! That is not my child. He was a demon and a curse one. He should never have been born in this world. You ignorant! If I caught you running around like a rat, you'll pay for it more than you know.” He uttered and leaves right away.

His mother gave him a hug and a kiss and carried him around like a baby.

“I know you're a nice child, my sweetie. I'm sorry. It was my fault. Does it hurt? Don't worry, mama will take care of you. I'll be by your side. Perhaps your father needs time to understand you.” She said while patting his head.

Cauis simply nods. He was acting like a machine, gazing around, wondering quietly, and doing as his father instructed. He says that his mother's hugs are warm, thus he enjoys them. His mother gave him the fortitude and hope to one day hear his father refer to him as his son.

Unexpectedly, Caius' mother; Eiden passed away from heart disease. His father became enraged and accused his son of causing the death of his wife.

“You devil! You kill my wife! 'll torture you to death!"

All day and night. He never got a break from his father, who beat him relentlessly until he was satisfied. Caius was the last thing his wife said to him before she passed away, thus he is unable to murder him. Until then, Caius was pondering when he would die so that he could feel the warm his mother gave him. Up until a friend of his arrived, he was enveloped and poisoned in darkness. It was a truly awful thing to do to him. It was audible to him in both ears. It says, slaughter, slaughter, slaughter!

The day arrives, he succumbed to his lunacy, and that midnight, everyone in the fortress perished, rolling their heads on the ground. They were the ones who disapproved of him and regarded him more like a nuisance than a prince. He also murdered his other family members who had used and exploited him for their own gain. He discovered his father drunk in the throne room. Instead of responding, his father merely sat on his throne and drank. The tip of his blade could be heard rattling on the floor as he walked calmly.

"Finally, you revealed your true colors." The king said.

"Any last words." Caius asked.

"I could finally be with my wife."

In the end, they failed to bond into a loving family. Caius changed into the person his father despises. The devil had a desire to destroy the world. He wanted to modify the way he wanted to by conquering everything because it claimed it was not appropriate for him. He was able to sense the warmth he was seeking. No one dares to challenge him, no one can defeat him. He takes revenge on behalf his mother, who is his only source of light, rather than on himself. She always cries and begs for things, never living a happy life. He had been holding himself responsible for his mother's demise up until now. He spends his entire existence in chains and puts up with being referred to as a monster, a beast, and a devil. Maybe if they choose a different life. Perhaps he will finally be able to show his true emotions rather than his cold, cruel, and depressed façade.
