Chapter 25 - Almost Show Time
Long time no see. You may have forgotten about me, but let me remind you.
My name is Jasmine, and I'm here living in a mansion for a competition, which involves competing against girls to win the heart of Quinn. Quinn is rich, but I'm not here for my love, only for his money.
My family needs money, so I'm staying in this competition for the money that my family will receive for every month I stay in the competition.
So, the competition is called "Who Will She Be?" and it'll be telecasted around the world, because like I said before Quinn is filthy rich.
But, coming back to the real world now.
It's been two weeks since I have set foot in this mansion. Today is the day that the TV Show will officially begin.
I look around me, the stylists are running around like headless chicken just so they can prepare the 200 girls for the pilot episode.
"Do you remember everything?" C, my stylist asks
Since last week, we have been going to school everyday so we could learn etiquette and all the fancy stuff that rich people do.
We even had to take golfing classes, apparently all rich people like to play golf.
In my opinion golf is just a very boring activity. I don't even want to call it a sport. And as many of you guys might know, I get in trouble very easily.
This time, I didn't really get in trouble. I just got hurt.
Let me explain.
Imagine this:
It's a Monday morning, right after a night of gossiping with all of friends. That means that all of us had black circles under our eyes, caused by the lack of sleep we got the night before.
I slowly walk past all the bodies of my best friends, lying on my bedroom floor. I quickly step into the bathroom and am shocked at what I see.
I have a big bruise on my face, from when Kayla dares Preet to slap me in the face with a pillow. Some of you might be thinking, you got a bruise by getting hit with a pillow?
Not exactly
Preet's aiming skills are very bad, so instead of the pillow hitting me. It was her hand. Did I also forget to mention that she was wearing rings.
