"Uh...Mhm. I think I'm gonna need ya to check my pulse." She said with her eyes barely open.
"Are you.....Are you for real?" Reina asked, concern quickly rose in her body.
"You know how to use drugs?" She asked, the question catching Reina by surprise. But, she nodded.
'What kind of drug dealer would I be if I didn't know how?'

Reina quickly pulled her phone out, going to the stopwatch app. She got closer to the girl, putting her index and middle fingers on her neck.
Starting the timer.
-1 minute later-
"56." Reina, said looking up from the phone, looking at the girl in front of her.
"Fuck. Oh I think I might be going into cardiac arrest."
"Nah, you're gonna be alright." Reina assured her.
"I just– Uh..." she tried to say, but Reina cut her off,
"Adderall," The girl looked at Reina weakly. Furrowing her eyebrows.
"It's in my sock." she said, pointing to her left leg.
Reina fumbled with the hems of both socks, coming up empty handed.
"Shit." Reina whispered to herself. She quickly pulled her backpack off her shoulders. Opening it, Reina watched as the girl took a look inside.
"Holy shit you-" she began to say loudly. Reina covered her mouth with her hand.
"Yes, I sell. But if you try anything, I'll make sure you die.'' Reina spoke, watching the girls' eyes grow wide. She took her hand off the girls' mouth and continued to look in her bag.
She took a bag of Aderall and a bottle of Narcan out.
Reina took a seat next to the girl on the bench, turning her phone off. She began crushing the pills with her lighter on the back of it.
"If this doesn't work, I'm gonna give you a dose of Narcan then take you to the hospital. It should help for the time being." Explained Reina.
"Ok ok, here." She said, lifting the phone up to the girls' nose.
Shes grabbed Reina's wrist and pulled the phone closer, Reina could hear the girl snorting the powder, she leaned back into the bench, taking a deep breath,
"Oh, fuck." Reina whispered as the girl groaned slightly.
"There it is. Oh there's my heart. Hello, heart...Thought i lost ya." she said, looking up at the sky, letting out a small chuckle.
"Thank you baby Jesus." Reina whispered, cleaning her phone case , dusting off the white residue.
"Well I'm sure glad we met." said the girl, lightly chuckling at the end.
"What do you mean?" Questioned Reina, her eyebrows furrowing.
"You saved my life." The girl said, looking at Reina. "You're my new favorite person."
They both laughed as Reina closed her backpack and stood up.
The girl lifted her hand up, and Reina returned it. Giving her a high five,
"Thanks." She said.
"Yea." Reina said with a small smile.
"Yea." she repeats.
"What's your name anyway?" Asked Reina.
"You can call me Rue." She said putting her fist out.
"Cool name, I'm Reina." She said, returning the fist bump.
