14|Have a little fun

Recap

Reina stopped at a red light and gently turned to Ashtray, she lifted her shirt. A scar visible on the left side of her torso.
"They gave you that?" Asked Ashtray.

"Yep." Said reina. "Ten year old me...against two grown men and Elena." Said Reina. Ashtray was silent,
"Did you.....did you kill them?" He asked. Almost afraid of the answer.

"I did." Reina let out a breath. "Enough with this, text your brother we're going out as soon as me and you get to my place."
"What?! Hell no, I ain't going out." complained Ashtray. Reina glanced at Ashtray, giving him an evil smirk.

"Why the hell did you guys drag me here?" Ashtray complained, his tone whiney and childish.
"Because it's fun, you need to get out of the damn house." Reina said.
"I'd rather be home, in my bed." Ashtray said.

Reina rolled her eyes.
"Let's go, the rental shop is right there." said Reina, grabbing both boys hands and dragging them to the line.

"Hi, welcome to Aloha skate, will you be buying or renting skates?" Asked the worker.
"Renting." Reina said.
"Ok, what size?"

Reina turned to the boys, both of them shrugging. Reina huffed a breath of air.
"9, 10, and an 8 please," said Reina. The worker nodded and went to grab the skates.

"Here you go." she said putting the skates in front of us, the worker turned to Fezco, "Oh and, are you single by any chance?"

Fezco's eyes slightly widened,
"Nah, sorry." Fezco said. The worked began turning red,
"Oh I'm sorry." she said, walking away.

"Since when have you not been single?" Asked Ashtray.
"Since it's none of your business." Said Fezco.

They all grabbed their skates and and walked over to a bench to put the skates on,
"Reina, you good?" Asked Fezco.
"Yea, I'm fine?" Reina said, furrowing her eyebrows. Fezco only nodded.

Reina finished tying her skates and stood up from the bench,
"You guys ready?" Asked Reina while looking at them.

"Yep."

"Nope."

Said both Ashtray and Fezco. Fezco stood from the bench, walking over to Reina.
"What's taking so long?" Reina asked Ashtray. He shrugged, "Just tie them and we can go."
Fezco began laughing.
"Shut the fuck up." Ashtray said through his teeth.

"What's so funny?" Asked Reina, turning to Fezco.
"He can't tie his shoes." Fezco said. Reina turned her gaze to look at Ashtray who had an embarrassed look on his face.

Reina turned back to Fezco, slapping his chest,
"Hey?! What was that for?!" Asked Fezco.
"How could you not teach him to tie his shoes?" Whisper-yelled Reina.

"What? I had to teach him more important stuff." Fezco shrugged. Reina rolled her eyes, she walked over to Ashtray, kneeling down in front of him.

"Come on, I'll teach you." Ashtray scoffed, "Ok, since these are roller skates, you have to wrap the laces around your ankle so they don't come undone."
Ashtray nodded, understanding.
"You already have the overhand knot. After, you make one bunny ear, then make another bunny ear. Lastly, you cross them and make one go under the tree and pull." Reina explained.

"Tada!" Reina said, as she smiled up at the teen boy.
"I am never using that in my damn life." said Ashtray, Reina once again rolled her eyes.
"Just try it, you don't have to actually say it out loud." said Reina, Ashtray huffed but grabbed his laces and began doing it.

"Like that?" Asked Ashtray.
"Perfect!" said Reina in excitement. She helped the boy up and let him hang onto her for balance.

"Alright, let's do this." Reina said, she began walking to the entrance of the rink while Fezco followed and Ashtray had a tight grip on her arm.

Reina was the first on the rink, she helped Fezco first, letting him regain his balance.

Once he was able to stand and move on his own, she turned her attention to Ashtray, who was holding onto the wall.

"Come on, you'll be fine." said Rina, Ashtray shook his head at her, "I won't let you fall."
Ashtray slowly reached out for Reina, she took his hand and helped him onto the floor. She began skating backward while she held onto the boy's hands.

"See? You're a natural." Reina said she attempted to pull her hands away and tried to let the boy skate on his own. But his grip tightened on hers.
"Don't let go." Ashtray said. Reina giggled but nodded. Eventually Ashtray got the hang of it but still asked if Reina could hold his hand, which she agreed to.

Fezco had already fallen and also asked to hold Reina's hand, which took convincing but she finally agreed when Fezco said he'd get her food.

"Hurry up, you're taking forever." Reina whined at Ashtray.
"Calm the fuck down, i'm trying not to fall on my ass." said Ashtray, wadling over to the arcade area.

"Whatever, let's go." Reina said. She had made Ashtray come play a few games with her as Fezco went to get food for the rest of them. She had walked over to the so-called "old school" games she'd played.

"What the hell is this old shit?" Asked Ashtray as he stopped in front of the Mrs. PacMan game.
"My childhood, wanna try?" she asked. Ashtray hesitated, but agreed. Reina went to pay for an arcade card before coming back and letting Ashtray play.

"Damn? You're hella good." said Reina in excitement.
"I know." Ashtray said, causing Reina to chuckle.

Soon Ashtray had gotten to level thirty-one, don't even ask how but he did.
"Holy shit, you're on the last level." said Reina as the numbers 'Thirty-two' glowed on the screen. "Holy shit!"

As soon as the Ashtray finished the last level, Reina began cheering in excitement for the boy. Not even minding she was in skates as she jumped up and down.

"You just did that!" Reina said as she grabbed Ashtray's shoulders.
"I did that!" Ashtray said as a large smile formed on his face. Both were still celebrating even after getting weird looks from others who were trying to enjoy their own games.

"Highest score goes to 'A.T.O'." Ashtray said as he filled out the game card on the screen. Reina giggled at the screen.
"What's going on?" Asked Fezco walking to the pair with three drinks in hand.
"Ashtray just beat Mrs. PacMan." said Reina as Fezco handed her her  drink.

"Forreal? You beat the game?" asked Fezco
"Hell yea?" Ashtray said, a smile on his face as Fezco handed him his drink.
"That's awesome." Fezco said, smiling at his little brother, "For real man, that's dope."

Reina smiled at the two boys, taking a sip of her soda.
"The food in the car, so if y'all are ready to dip. We can." Fezco said, Reina and Ashtray nodding.

Both Ashtray and Reina went to take their skates off and return them.

"You guys can't lie, you had fun." Reina said as she dipped her fries in sauce.
"Ehh," Ashtray said, earning a glance from Reina in the rearview mirror, "Yes, it was fun."

Reina clapped in excitement, she turned to Fezco, waiting for his response.
"It was fun." Fezco said, making Reina smile.

Once they were done eating in the parking lot, Fezco drove them home. Reina got off and went to her front door,
"Reina, wanna watch a movie with us?" asked Fezco from across the way. Reina chuckled to herself.

"Sure." she said, walking back over to Fezco' and Ashtray's place.

Not gonna lie I enjoyed writing this chapter. And I decided that every so often I'll have chapters designated as their Instagram post.
