K: Rachel, I'm home. Rachel? What's wrong? Are you ok?
R: No, Kurt, I'm not.
K: Why? Did something happen with you and Finn?
R: He told me that I shouldn't have fallen in love with him. He was pretending that he loved me, Kurt. ME! I don't know why he would tell me something like that. We were doing so well, and then it's like all of the damn things that we did, didn't fucking shit to him! Finn Hudson is one of the worst people that I know!
K: Ok, you don't have to go that far with it. I mean, there has to be something bigger than just that he was pretending to love you, right?
R: We got drunk, I slept with him, and that wasn't our plan.
K: Plan? What plan?
R: We made an agreement that we would have sex after 6 weeks of meeting each other.
K: Why the hell would you do that?
R: I signed a contract that said I would. I'm not even suppose to talk about the contract with anyone. Kurt, you're the only one who knows about this contract, please, don't tell anyone, no-one can know. Ok?
K: Ok.
Rachel wanted to tell Kurt everything that was on the contract, but she knew that it would mean that she couldn't speak to Finn again, and she didn't want that. She still wanted some type of contact with Finn. If Kurt would've known about the playroom, Rachel would've felt bad and knows for a fact that Finn would've been disappointed in Rachel.
