—-Helloo, here I am with a new chapter which I hope you'll like as much as I do! Wish you a good reading!

Being exhausted mentally as well as physically by the day I fell asleep on my couch and spent the night there.

Fortunately, my alarm was set up automatically on weekdays so it rang the next morning and I was able to get to class on time. I didn't have class with him that day, so that left me time to think about all that happened, although, as always, I completely avoided my feelings and just focused on the practical aspects.

I joined Harper at the beginning of the day and just sat in class with her when a thought erupted in my head "Why did it change?" I blurted out. Harper frowned "Uh?". I nodded "Well you know ... how come he hated me last year, never paid attention to me and even was mean, and now ... now he is all kind, helpful and is here for me ? Harper normal people don't radically change their behaviour like that ..." I fell silent and looked at her "Unless if last year was an act..."

She looked at me confused and I groaned "What if he felt something last year and tried hiding it by being ruthless ? And when he saw me this year, knowing it'd be my last year here, he just decided to go with it ?". She gave it a thought and then gasped "Fuck ... that would make sense ... Shit that definitely makes sense!!" she exclaimed rather loudly. I shushed her and sighs "well then we might have a problem... guess who caught feelings?".

She looked at me agape "no you didn't ... no you didn't !! It was supposed to be a game you dumbass !!" I groaned "I KNOW ! Didn't plan on it!".

She looked at me with an impossible grin on her face "You're in love !" she sing sang. I scoffed "Harper hush! Not fun gosh I'm in a big mess...". She sighs "It's okay ... just gonna complicate things a bit but we'll manage...".

Carrying on with the conversation, I realised that I was getting more comfortable calling him by his first name, that's what we decided with Harper, indeed calling him Robert instead of Mr Downey allowed us to talk about him freely without people eavesdropping. It had been hard at first, because it felt like I just let down one more barrier, but with time, it got easier and I absolutely loved it.

The rest of the day remained uneventful and I was able to go back home early, I took the opportunity and left. I was supposed to go to the grocery store because my fridge was literally empty but I decided against it, instead I just went home and ordered take out.

More precisely, Chinese take out, I have to admit Chinese food is my weak spot and I usually can't resist it. About 20 minutes later, the food arrived, I ate and watched some random tv drama in front of which I'd certainly fall asleep.

What had to happen happened and I fell asleep on my couch. Again.

I spent a short night, the alarm rang and I turned it off. Twice. However I always put like a thousand of them and I eventually had to get up and get ready, so I did. I took a quick shower and got dressed, my first period was with Downey.

I got to uni on time and, surprisingly, Downey was on time too, well that was a first, he let us in and started getting his stuff out as well as settling his laptop. Looking a bit more closely to him I realised he was actually struggling with his computer, eyebrow furrowed and a frustrated look shadowing his usually happy features.

After a moment, he finally succeeded and smiled happily, but he got distracted and unplugged it while trying to move to the other side of his desk, ruining all his effort in the process. "Fuck I'm so dumb!" he cursed under his breath, that was so low that nobody even heard him, nobody but me and I smiled. I smiled because I had just seen a new side of him, a side of him out of the teacher role. He always had that crazy control over himself, never letting anything slip, and knowing that he just did and that I was the only one who noticed it was very pleasing. I just saw a glimpse of Robert, not the teacher Downey but Robert the man, I loved that.
