Chapter Fifty One

Crystal

Days passed by so fast that I didn't get to realize that we're now already back in Manila. I was not in my usual self for the past few days because of what's happening, I can't focus on everything and even on Magnus.

Every time I look at him, sudden guilt rushes through my spine that makes me want to vomit and cry. I can't think properly and didn't had a proper good bye to his hometown last time.

I hope we can visit there again and be finally happy and free.

Now, that I am back in this suffocating place, crimes must be done cleanly. I need to fucking find that old man's body and hid it away from Magnus so he won't know about this.

"Magnus..." I softly called him when I sat beside him on the couch. He hummed in response and went back to whatever. He's doing. "What are you doing?" I asked, confused and curious after taking a peek of him cutting some pictures.

"Secret..." he chuckled and hid the pictures which made pout and sulked a bit. "don't pout because this is a surprise for your birthday—"

Nanlaki ang mga mata niya at unti-unting napatakip sa bibig after realizing that he gave me clue which made me confused. "Oh, I gave you a clue na." he pouted like a child and continued cutting.

"Wait, you knew my birthday?"

How? I don't even tell him my birthday because it's not that special and I don't celebrate it.

He looked at me, squinting his eyes and nodded multiple times. "Of course, your birthday is in October 7and my birthday is in October 6. Our birthdays are just day apart, love." He ruffed my hair when I got shocked of what he said.

What?!

"y-you didn't tell me..." mahina kong sabi, nahihiya cause I am such a bad girlfriend, I didn't ask for his birthday and I completely doesn't have any idea that our birthdays are literally a day apart.

He faced me and gave me an embrace. "It's alright. I don't celebrate my birthday too but now that you're here with me, we'll celebrate our birthdays together." He smiled and gestured me to smile which I did and gave him a peck on the lips.

"Our birthdays are near na, what's our plan?" I asked, totally excited because I will finally celebrate my birthday after years of ignoring it and doing works instead.

My first time to celebrate my birthday after I became a teenager. Even though we have lots of money, even though we are powerful and billionaires, I don't celebrate my birthday and just tend to sleep or do some works. But now, I'll celebrate it again with Magnus and I'm very very excited! Come to think of it, I do not get excited when my birthday's getting near but I can't even sit properly right now thinking of possible things we should do together on our birthdays!

I smiled on the thought of us celebrating our birthdays together. I sighed in contentment and embraced him more.

"I'll take care of that, I already have plans so you just have to rest and be happy. "He kissed the temple of my head and smiled. "Your presence is enough, Crystal."

I shook my head and smack him lightly on his biceps. "I want to give you something." I sulked which made him laughed and nodded. "fine." He said and laughed before cuddling me on the couch.

We stayed like that for minutes, not minding the time and everything but still, I need to go to the casa and see Leon and Arthur. Speaking of Arthur, he's not responding to my calls which is making me worried. I sighed and just bid good bye to Magnus and went straight to the casa.

"Where's Leon?" I asked one of the techies when I entered the casa, he bowed first before pointing at Leon's casa. "He's sick, Queen."

I stopped from walking and faced him, questioning why Leon's sick since he rarely get sick. "Why?"
