"I still don't know how I feel about that whole bug thing" Chuuya said furrowing his brows as he unlocked and opened his apartment door. "drop it Chibi, what's done is done. Stop talking about it now" Dazai said dramatically plopping himself on the couch. "it's still wierd. I could have had a girl over" "like that would ever happen" Dazai said with a sigh and a smile. "shut up prick, I could kick you out any time I wanted. So watch your mouth" he growled heading to his bathroom. "well if I'm that unwanted then I might as well leave" he said with famed sadness and with dramatic flare. "wait" Chuuya stopped him. "can you please unzip the dress" he said quietly heading towards the now brightly smiling Dazai. "of coarse darling" he said in a deep, posh, mocking accent. Chuuya just sighed and turned around grabbing his red locks to the side so they wouldn't get tangled in the zip.
The zip of the dress went till just above his tailbone and he was hoping Dazai wouldn't go that far down, but knowing Dazai, he was still worried. Dazai unzipped the dress gently and stopped right before he reached the end. He quickly blew on the newly exposed skin causing Chuuya to get goosebumps. "there ya go, I don't like seeing you so feminine for so long. It's creepy" he announced and pushed on Chuuya's bear back with his cold hands. "asshole" Chuuya retorted quietly and went off to the bathroom again.
Dazai did always have cold hands. It's the one part of his body that wasn't covered in bandages, so it's expected, but his hands were icy. He loved scaring people like that.
He made his way back to his spot on the couch and whipped out his phone. "mission is done boss. I'll give full report tomorrow" he send that text to Mori and closed his phone and his eyes and layed down. He could hear the sound of the shower running in the bathroom and the cars outside. It was peaceful.

"oi! Wake up! Your neck is gonna hurt in the morning dumbass" Chuuya yelled grabbing Dazai's face and shaking it slightly. "wha..?" was all he could reply with. "jeez, at least get out of that damn suit. It can't be comfortable" Chuuya grumbled. He was wearing his usual pajamas that consisted of a white Tshirt and gray sweatpants. Dazai moved from his uncomfortable sleeping position and stood up. "wow Chuuya, why not wake me up with a kiss next time?" he asked dramatically taking his jacket off. "ha ha, very funny. I'm going to bed now so good night" Chuuya replied walking to his room.
Dazai just got himself comfortable and layed back down on the couch. Today had been a long day, so he fell asleep quickly.

He doesn't know what woke him up, probably his insomnia, but he found himself awake and staring at the ceiling none the less. Dazai grabbed his phone that sat by the couch and checked the time, 03:28. Not completely abnormal but he was still tired. He knew he wouldn't be able to fall back asleep so he got up and looked around the unlit room.
Nothing was out of place and everything was tidy and clean. Not perfect but it was still better than his house, makes sence considering it's Chuuya's home.
He stood there stupidly for a second but something in the back of his mind was urging him to Chuuya's bedroom, so he followed. He opened the door slowly and slipped in silently. The only light source was provided by the Yokohama city, though it was enough to be able to see Chuuya's face. He was peaceful, which was a sight to see considering he's usually yelling. He was gorgeous at all times of the day even with the scowling and rude words but when he slept, he was a whole other person. Not plagued by the day's problems or worries. Just lost in the abyss of sleep. Dazai seeked that so badly, to not have to worry or think and just be lost in that void.
He came closer to the bed and knelt down next to Chuuya, looking at the man in front of him. He reached forward and tucked a stray strand of hair hehind his ear so he could look at his entire face. He let his hand hover over his cheek.
"I'm sorry" he said so quietly it was bearly even a whisper. "I got you involved in this organization and caused you to loose all that you still considered family. I take full blame for that but.." he stopped for a second just looking at him. "..I'll get us both out of here. I promise. I can't let that monster get to you the way he got to me" he ended.
He retracted his hand and got back up making his way to the door. He gave one final look over to his partner and left. Once he closed the door he turned and rested his back on the door, closing his eyes. He chuckled to himself for how stupid he was for what he did while opening his eyes once more and leaving his position on the door.
He proceeded to Chuuya's balcony, opening the door to exit and closing it again. The balcony was nothing special. Just a small area where you could look over some of Yokohama, not a lot though as it was only the second story. He leaned against the railing and looked out to the city with a content smile. The wind was blowing calmly through his hair causing a slight chill but it was welcomed.
He loved Chuuya's apartment much more than he liked his "house", though he's never understood why. He'd never admit it to the other man either. Chuuya's house was a huge upgrade over Dazai's. Just another thing Mori has burdened him with, so he assumed that's why it was nicer here.
After a while, the sun started to appear over the horizon, letting beautiful hues of orange and yellows. It was probably about 5:30 am at this point meaning he'd been standing there for over an hour. He bid a fare well to the sunrise and decided to return back inside. Chuuya was as expected, not up yet so Dazai put on the TV and watched some crappy sitcom. Probably friends.

Tight, tight, tight.
Chuuya could feel the chains on his arms and legs getting tighter, digging into his skin. The manic laughter was closer than before and only coming closer. He had bearly any fight left in him to defend himself anymore, he was drained of all energy, only seeking for his inevitable death to be swift so he didn't have to be in this situation any longer. As the laughter got closer and closer, the tighter his chest became and the more his head started to spin.
The chains were digging so deeply into his skin and suddenly it started burning. The chains leaving deep red marks on his skin all up his arms and legs. With all the energy he still had in him, he tried wiggling his way out the restraints. His vision was starting go black and before he knew it..
..the laughing stopped and his limbs were free. He was back in his room, in his bed but this time with a worried brunette holding his shoulders. "Chuuya! For the love of God stop trashing around like that!" Dazai said while shaking him lightly. "what? Dazai fuck off man" he replied grabbing Dazai's arms which signaled to stop shaking him, which he did. "are you ok? I've never seen...this...before" Dazai confessed. "it's nothing. I just had a nightmare is all, don't worry" "it wasn't nothing" he said confused. "it was a bad dream. Drop it" Chuuya concluded with a huff and took Dazai's hands off his shoulders. Dazai gave him a wierd look but left it. "I have a meeting with Mori now, I'll see you later" he explained and left Chuuya's room.
Chuuya had been having these dreams for a long time. How hadn't Dazai noticed till now? Though they were getting worse recently. He just groaned and layed back in bed.
What a way to start the day.
