He finally dragged himself out of bed and to the kitchen. Without Dazai there, it was quite peaceful so the silence was welcomed. Chuuya, for the first time in what feels like forever, finally had a day off, though that was never a good thing really. He and Mori made an agreement that if Chuuya would ever need to use corruption during a mission, he'd get a day off before it. He still could have days off other than those days, but this was a little suspicious considering he hasn't gotten a debriefing or anything yet.

Either way, he made himself a little breakfast and headed to sit on the couch. The events of yesterday were still replaying in his head. Did he really just agree to leave the port mafia? The place that took him in after the sheep's betrayal? (even though the mafia was the organization that caused the whole shit show to begin with). He's also well off because of them, now he's going off with Dazai into the unknown as mafia fugitives for three years.

He knew this was a good choice though. Dazai was going to leave no matter what and what he said will probably stick with Chuuya for a while.

I yern to be free from this horrible world I'm in.." he trailed off and his voice got lower "..but I can't leave you here.." he added. "..I wouldn't be able to live with myself"he finished and continued looking Chuuya dead in the eye.

And honestly, Chuuya didn't think he'd be able to let Dazai leave without him. They both need each other and he trusts Dazai, so he knows they'd be ok under his control and planning. But he was still scared. He'd have to leave behind Kouyou, the person he's come to think of as his family or sister, as well as his other friends he's made along the way. But he wasn't close enough with them to justify letting Dazai, his partner, go and leave him alone.

He finished his meal and cleaned up. Even though he had the day off, he still had work to do on his laptop. So he'd be busy for another while, at least until Dazai came back to annoy him.

Dazai entered Mori's office without knocking and stood near Mori's desk, they were past the point of knocking. "good morning Dazai. I hope you have good news for me" he announced in a joyful tone. "yes Mori. Last night's mission was a success. We only killed one soldier in the process, though it was necessary. We used the drugs you gave us, which worked wonderfully may I add, and threw the body in the ocean. And don't worry, it sank just like you predicted. He won't be found any time soon." Dazai explained with a sadistic smirk at the end. "well, it's good to see you have a handle on everything. I haven't seen any press or reports about suspicious activity and we no longer have those Europeans stealing our work, so, good job" Mori said with a smile.

Even if Dazai hated the man's guts, he was the closest thing he's ever had to a father figure, so it's nice to receive some praise from Mori...sometimes. Just as Dazai was going to leave Mori spoke up again. "Dazai. I have a mission that I need you and Chuuya to complete. The Gelhart Security Service or GSS have reappeared and are growing more powerful and organized" Mori explained. "wait. Weren't those the guys that worked with the sheep back when Chuuya first joined?" Dazai asked in disbelief. They had taken out over 90% of their operation. How had they already regrouped after only three years? "yes, that one. We know where their base is, we just want you and Chuuya to go...deal with them" he ended with a sinister smirk.

"I noticed Chuuya had today off, I assume that means.." he trailed off. "yes, their new facility is quite large. Chuuya will most likely need to use corruption in order to destroy it all" he explained simply. "but it's no biggie. You guys always succeed. Just inform Chuuya properly later when you see him again. I'll send the rest of the information to you later. You may leave" Mori said while neatening his desk. Dazai did just that.

"knock knock!" Dazai yelled entering Chuuya's apartment. "you don't have to yell so damn loud" he complained from the kitchen counter where he still sat typing away at his laptop. "good to see you too Chibi" he ended and walked towards said red head. "we have another job for tomorrow and I can assume you understand how it's gonna play out!" he said all up beat. When he got to him, he slung an arm around Chuuya's neck and leaned down so he could see the laptop screen. "busy bee, have you been keeping yourself occupied?" he asked, smiling.
