// Remember that fire vision Ahsoka had? //

"Ready to go?" Obi-Wan asked.

"Do not put off until tomorrow what must be done today," she said, walking.

"Master Yoda didn't teach you that," he chuckled.

"Someone close to me did," Ahsoka said, gazing at the bird. "I wonder what all the clones will say. More importantly, what someone I know will say."

"Don't let what they think change who you are. You are kind, sweet and caring. You didn't choose peace. Peace chose you." Ahsoka felt her face grow hot with blush.

"Thank you," she said, feeling her stripes darken. He stroked her lekku calmly. She purred loudly, blushing even harder when she heard it.

"We had better be going, then," Ahsoka said, giggling softly. She felt a pang of sorrow from Obi-Wan.

"You miss her, don't you?" Ahsoka asked.

"Who?" Obi-Wan asked, trying to act normal.

"Your daughter."

"Yes. You laugh like she used to," Obi-Wan sighed.

"She's waiting for you on the Otherside," Ahsoka said, stopping. "Satine is with her."

"Nala." Obi-Wan said. "Her name was Nala," he muttered. Ahsoka unexpectedly hugged him, slowly rubbing his back.

"They're both waiting for you. But, they want you to enjoy your life while you still have it. Consider it a blessing and a curse," Ahsoka soothed, brushing hair out of his face.

"Thank you, ad'ika," he said.

"Let's get back on the go," she said, tilting her head.

"Of course. Did Caleb recognize your outfit?"

"Not yet," Ahsoka sighed. "It'll hit him eventually," she said, looking up at the sky. She was focused on something.

"Birdwatching, are we?"

"Morai is circling," she pointed up to the small bird.

"You named it already?"

"No. In the legends of the Mortis Gods, Morai is The Daughter's pet. While The Daughter represents all of the light, Morai represents the Jedi. She was there at my speech, and she's been following us on our walk. I think she's trying to tell us something." Morai swooped down to land. Ahsoka reached out, letting Morai land on her arm.

"What is it, girl?" Obi-Wan asked. The bird trilled before flying away.

"We have to follow her!" Ahsoka said, running after her.

"Do we?" Obi-Wan asked.

"I have a good feeling about this!" Ahsoka called back, running after the bird. It led them to Padme's apartment, disappearing.

"She's gone," Ahsoka panted, waiting for Obi-Wan to catch up.

"Why are we at Padme's complex?" he heaved.

"Force knows why. Let's just hope they fixed that elevator," Ahsoka groaned, walking in.

"They never have," he said. "It was like this before the War."

"Yay, stairs," Ahsoka groaned. "Unless...do you still have a good jump?"

"Yes, why?" Ahsoka chuckled to herself. "Something's telling me I don't want to ask.

"Come on, she's on the top floor and if you'd rather take the stairs, be my guest," Ahsoka said, jumping up to the first balcony.

"One day I swear, Ahsoka. You or Anakin will be the death of me!" he said, following after her.
