"Anakin..." Ahsoka muttered.
"I'm here, baby girl," he said, drawing her into his lap.
"Was that all real, or just a dream?" she asked weakly.
"It was all real, Soka," Anakin said, stroking her lekku. She looked over to Padme, Trace, and Rafa.
"They're not dead, right?"
"No, no, no! They're in a really deep sleep."
"Let's take them back to the apartment, then," Ahsoka said, getting up. She felt something off in the Force.
"They're going to wake up in a few seconds," Ahsoka predicted. Padme stirred.
"How did...what in the..." Anakin tried.
"I just felt it. I feel more connected to the Force than ever."
"Me too. I still feel the darkside in here," he shivered. Trace groaned, sitting up.
"What the kriff just happened?" she asked, sitting up into Ahsoka's hand.
"A Force thing," Ahsoka smiled. "Anakin, I can get the girls if you get mom," Ahsoka said, helping Trace up. Rafa moaned softly.
"You called her mom," Anakin sniffled happily.
"I've called her 'mom' like, 23 times. Where have you been?"
"Right next to you the whole time, b-"
"Not in front of them!" Ahsoka whispered harshly, comforting Rafa. Anakin rolled his eyes. "Let's go," Ahsoka said, holding Rafa on her shoulder. Anakin came and supported the other side. Rafa woke instantly.
"What in Dank Ferriak happened?" she asked.
"You're awake?" Ahsoka asked. She looked at Anakin. "Balance! I get it!"
"Get what?" he asked, confused.
"We have to get back to the apartment! I think I know what the Father meant!" Ahsoka hurried the group along, desperate to get back to the apartment.
"There you are! Some blinding light flashed in the sky!" Obi-Wan greeted them.
"Oh that! Mortis Gods thing! Anakin, hurry your butt up!" Ahsoka called down the stairs.
"I'm coming! It's 100 floors!" he panted.
"Even he's getting old," Ahsoka scoffed.
"I'm literally 5 years older than you!" he called up.
"Whatever, Skyguy! Are Caleb and the kids okay? And Master Plo?"
"They are recovering. Caleb suffered the worst burns, saving everyone."
"Oh...Caleb," tears formed in her eyes. She ran into the apartment, dashing to her room. Burns covered most of his body as Lana sprayed bacta over him.
"He is barely breathing," she whispered, crying.
"Anakin, get in here!" Ahsoka sobbed, kneeling to Caleb's side.
"M...Master..." Sage mumbled.
"Easy, Kitten. You're okay. You're safe, Lil' Kitten," Ahsoka soothed, stroking Sage's lekku.
"I told him to stay with everyone, but he didn't listen! He heard a youngling screaming and had to go help her. He took her injuries," Anakin said softly. Ahsoka murmured something under her breath.
"Take my hand," she said, reaching an arm up to Anakin. "Take my hand," she requested again. Anakin gently grabbed her hand, sitting next to her. Ahsoka placed her hand on Caleb's chest. He winced, groaning in pain.
