The truth

"Maya!." I woke up I was sleeping peacefully in my bed of my sister in panic or something trying to wake me up
"go away." I said tired not wanting to get up.
"no you need to come with me right now!." she said and just took my arm made me jump out of bed.
"God Elena! What the fuck." I said as I tiredly rubbed my eyes, completely. Looking the worst, old makeup in my face that I was too tired to remove from last night.
Smelling sweat probably, what could she want me to do now.
"just come with me, get some clothes." she said and by the look of her face she was kinda scared or something.

"what is it?." I said almost yelling , I was fucking tired I felt like I was gonna fell asleep any seconds.
"just do it!." she yelled at me and slammed the door as I just stood there not understanding a shit.
I took my phone to check the clock but of course my phone was fucking dead, I sat myself in the bed rubbing my eyes again, forgetting the makeup.

"shit." I said and ran to the bathroom, I looked for my medication I used to take . From the accident and also something I got when I used to do drugs, it helps me not want drugs anymore.
I couldn't find my medication I looked everywhere. I didn't think so much of it, I probably threw it or something, probably went out.
I took some of my makeup remover and rubbed it in my face, trying to do it as fast as possible, I went into my bedroom again.

Went through my outfits , what could I possibly wear, I just took something random. A white shirt and a red t-shirt over . And some shorts, and my converse's.
"god I hate you." I said as I went out to my sister who were still in panic or something.
"you'll hate Stefan even more." she said and took my arm making me fall almost.
"calm down Elena!." I said trying to slow her down.

"why were you even asleep?." she asked me as she took a quick look at me.
"I mean because it was night , and why did you wake me so early?." I asked her confused.
"are you weird?, we had dinner with Stef like 3 hours ago." she said as she stopped and looked hella confused at me.

"it was 3 hours ago? What the fuck I felt like I had slept since yesterday?." i answered but like I felt it.
"anyway I don't care just get in the car." she replied back hysterically so I did.

"stay behind me Maya." she said as she knocked hysterically at Stefan's door.
"what are you?." she said to that man like she had coming back to life.
"what are you?." she repeated again to him, i was so confused I did not understand why I was with Elena anyway? Why didn't she just do it herself.

"you know." he said to her, I tried to go to the side but my sister held me pretty good, so I decided to just stay there I was.
"no, i don't." she said I looked confused at them but this was hella interesting I should have popcorn with me.
"yes, you do. Or you wouldn't be here, you especially wouldn't have dragged Maya into this." he said pointing at me and I gave him the ugliest look I have given anyone.

"it's not possible." she said shaking her head.
"what's not possible?." I whispered to my sister kinda scared to her reaction.
"it can't be." she said as she went on to ignore me.

"everything you know... and every belief that you have is about to change. Are you ready for that?." he said walking closer as she walked backwards as I had to do that too.
"what are you?." my sister asked again.
"I'm a vampire." he said and I just laughed I mean it wasn't possible?.
"what are you laughing at?." my sister turned hella angry at me.

That's when everything clicked, Damon bit my neck . When he bit Caroline's neck.
It all makes sense now...
"I shouldn't have come." my sister suddenly says and I am totally not understanding whatever is happening, is she for real? Is he a vampire?.
"no." he said as she began to walk closer to us.

"please, please." Stefan says as my sister pushed me away from her as I tried to take her.
"no, no." she said as she tried to get away from him.
"let me go." Elena yells from distance which takes my attention to me running to her.
"let go of her!." I yelled to Stefan as I hugged Elena making her okay.
"I'm sorry I took you into this, I didn't wanna go alone." my sister says as we came to her car.
