I was sleeping as I woke up from a sound. I looked around, no one. I went up to see who had opened my door.

"Maya", Ric said as we both had just scared each other, felt my heart was taking out, god. "I heard something.", I said as I saw Jenna walking behind.

"That was us", Jenna explained as she had clothes on but he was shirtless. "I'm sorry."

"We didn't think anyone was up.", Alaric said to me. "But here you are and here we are", Jenna said right after. "We were just— ".

"Getting-".

"Chunky monkey?", Alaric said offering his food to me. "I'm not really hungry, at all." I answered. "Well I'm naked, so I'm gonna go." He said and left to the bedroom.

"I'm really really sorry. ", my aunt stopped me. "It's okay, Jenna. Don't worry about it.", I answered. "I know he's been staying over a lot. Are you sure it's okay?", she asked me again.

"Seems like things are good.", I replied. "They're extremely good.", she answered as we both small laughed. "Then I'm extremely okay with it."

I slightly woke up, I saw a guy taking his clothes off, my hands were tied and I had blood on my body.

"What do you want?", i questioned him as he untied me but just hushed me. "Please, I'm hurt", i desperately tried.

"I know".

"Just a taste", he added as he tried to bite me, he was a vampire. "No!", I tried yelling and moving not wanting to. "Trevor! Control yourself.", a woman spoke.

"What do you want with me?" I questioned her. "My god. You look just like her.", she answered me. "But I'm not, please. Whatever you... ", I tried knowing she was talking about Katherine.

"Be quiet."

"But I'm not Katherine. My name is Maya Gilbert. You don't have to do this", I tried everything. "I know who you are, I said, be quiet.", she answered me.

"What do you want?", I asked again, she slapped me and I was out.

"You!", she spoke as I tried to run away from these people. "There's nothing around here for miles. If you think you're getting out, you're wrong. Understand?", she walked up to me.

"Who's Elijah?", I asked as I had overheard his name. "He's your worst nightmare.", she answered me and left.

"Why am I here?", I tried again to get some information. "You keep asking me like I'm gonna answer.", she answered me. "Why won't you?"

"That's another one.", she replied back. "You got me, okay? It's not like I can go anywhere. The least you can do is tell me what you want with me"

"I personally want nothing. I'm just a delivery service.", the women spoke. "Delivery to who? Elijah?", i questioned her.

"Two points to the eavesdropper.", she said to me. "Who is he? Is he a vampire?", I asked her.

"He one of the vampires. The originals.", she answered me. "What do you mean the originals?", I asked curious.

"Again with the questions. Haven't the Salvatore been teaching you vampire history?", she answered. "So you know Stefan and Damon?".

"I know of them. A hundred years back a friend of mine tried to set me up with Stefan. She said he was of the good ones. More of a sucker for the bad boys, though. But I digress."

"Who are the originals?", I asked again. "Trevor and I have been running for 500 years. We're tired, we want it all over. We're using you to negotiate ourselves out of an old mess.", she replied back.

"But why me?", I walked closer to her. "Because you're a Petrova doppelgänger. You're the key to breaking the curse".

"Curse", I said as the word was familiar. "The sun and the moon curse?", I replied. "You do know your history"

"What do you mean. I'm the key? The moonstone is what breaks the curse.", I replied. "No, the moonstone is what binds the curse. Sacrifice is what breaks it."

"Sacrifice."

"The blood of the doppelgänger. You and your sister is the doppelgänger. Which means in order to break the curs, you're the one who has to die."

I stumbled to the sofa as I sat down i heard something, I lifted my foot to see what it was. It was a paper.
Stefan and Damon are coming for you. -b

Oh my god. I felt my heart explode, finally. I knew it.

I looked over who was coming, a guy. Probably Elijah.

He vampire speeded to me making me jump. He leaned to my neck , my body was shaking. "Human. It impossible , hello there" Elijah spoke to me.

"I've waited so long for this day, Elijah.", Trevor told Elijah. "I'm truly very sorry".

"Oh, no. Your apology is not necessary.", Elijah explained. "Yes, yes, it is".

"You trusted me with Katerina and I failed you.", he spoke again. "Well. Yes you are the guilty one. And Rose aided you because she was loyal to you. That I honor. Where was your loyalty?", Elijah answered.

"I beg for your forgiveness."

"So granted.", Elijah spoke and 3 seconds later he cut his head making Rose fall, I felt bad for her.

"You...", rose began as her voice was broken. "Don't, Rose. Now that you're free. Come", he said to me "no, what about the moonstone?", I said before he grabbed me.

"What do you know about the moonstone", he questioned me. "I know you need it. And I know where it is."

"Yes", he answered me. "I can help you get it."

"Tell me where it is", he replied. "It doesn't work that way. ". "Are you negotiating with me?", as he looked behind.

"It's the first I've heard of it", she said as her eyes were puffy and red after crying. "What is this vervain doing around your neck?", he said ripping of my necklace and grabbing my head.

"Tell me where the moonstone is", he said. "In the tomb underneath the church ruins", I answered.

"What is is doing there?", he went on. "It's with Katherine", "interesting ", he replied.
