When we got to Connors place, I still couldn't believe that she was dead.. We knocked on the door and a smiley Connor came through the door. "Hey guys." He said opening the door wider for us to walk in. "DADDY." Jamie screamed and jumped into my arms. I squeezed her, "I thought you were gone daddy." She whispered which made me start tearing up. "No I'm here baby." I whispered. "I want a hug." Jc whinned, I laughed, "go give daddy a hug." I instructed, she ran up to Jc and gave him a hug and kisses his forehead. "Hey princess." He said, she laughed, "hi daddy." She answered.
We spent the whole day at Connors, we watched movies, played games and just talked, like we used too. Jamie fell asleep on Jc so we had time to talk.
"So did you hear." Connor asked, "about Lia." He finished, "yeah, um Ricky brought us into this mess." Jc answered, "that fucking idiot." He said face palming, I nodded, "we have court on Wednesday, I'm going to the lawyers office tomorrow." I groaned, we all sighed, "I think we're going to go, It's getting late." Jc said, Connor nodded, "thanks for the past few days Connor, I'll text you." I thanked, and I meant it. Connor has been there for me since the beginning, he helped me with Jc.
