Let's get one thing straight.
You can't make it on your own.
Charles Xavior-your child hood friend- offered to let your stay at the school he has created, but you refused.
"I can make it on my own." You said.
"I'm independent." You said.
Now here you are six months later, in the rain. With no where to go, but the mansion.
You cursed under your breath for ever leaving.
You continued to throw your self a pity party, while walking with your head down through the rain.
"Stupid life..." you mumble.
The ground beneath you get slippery and you realize you have began walking on ice.
"W-woah."
Your feet slip together as your struggle to regain your balance.
"Ah!"
You fail miserably, falling back wards and hitting your head, rather hard, in the pavement.
"My life is so difficult!" You scream as loud as you possibly could.
You hoist yourself up, your steps now more rapid as you are desperate to get to the mansion.
You pulled the light weight coat around you, wishing you had something heavier.
Wet and cold, oh isn't that The best combination?
You were destined to get sick after this.
You knew it.
Standing at the front door of the grand mansion, you suck in a deep breath, calming your nerves.
You pound your fist on the door, now desperate to get out of the rain.
The door swings open revealing a not-so familiar man.
"Um...h-hello I'm [Y/N] [L/N], I'm looking for Charles Xavior. Is he here?"
The man gave a half smile.
"Yes he is, may I ask why you require him?"
You were slightly offended that he wouldn't just let you in.
"I'm an old friend."
He nodded slowly.
"This way."
You shuffled into the house, the warmth immediately hitting you.
"Can I get your name?"
The man didn't bother to turn back to look at you.
"Erik Lehnsherr."
You turned a corner, following him down the long corridors.
"If you don't mind me asking...what can you do? Like your ability?"
You ask shyly.
"I don't mind, I can control metal. And you?"
You weren't fond of your ability, considering you couldn't control it yet.
"Elements, Earth, Fire, Water, Air."
He stopped, turned around and stared at you.
"Really?"
An embarrassed blush spread across your cheeks.
"Yeah." You mumble.
He continues to study you.
"Charles is right In here."
He points to a door not keeping his eyes off of you.
You began to get exited to see the one person in your life who cared about you.
You considered him family.
You pulled the door open to reveal Charles lazily sprawled out on the couch, face in a book.
"Erik, what do you wa-" he stopped when he looked up and saw you.
"[Y/N]!" He bolted up from the couch
"Charles!" He didn't hesitate to envelope you in a bear hug.
"What are you doing back here?"
You fiddles with your shirt, a nervous habit.
"Well..."
You drag out the word, glancing up at Charles with an apologetic smile.
"You spent all your money and couldn't get a job." He says smugly.
You shrug lightly.
"Can I stay here?"
He laughs.
"Of course."***
You settled back into the mansion pretty quick.
Also, peaking the interest of a certain
Erik Lehnsherr.
One problem.
You got sick.
You Laid in bed groaning and sniffling.
Your door swings open and Charles walks inside.
"Hey [Y/N], I didn't see you up this morning, are you okay?"
You shoot him a glare.
"Oh yeah, I'm just vomiting because it's fun."
He cracks a smile.
"Even sick you never fail in being sarcastic."
"Maybe it's another ability."
He rolls his eyes.
"I'll have Erik take care of you."
Your stomach explodes in butterfly's.
"E-Erik?" You ask excitedly.
"Yeah, jut get some rest."
"But I can't sleep!" You whine loudly.
"Just try-"
"I can't!
"Try-"
"I can't."
"t-"
"IMPOSSIBLE."
he cursed under his breath, walking up to you.
"Just..."
He touched two of his fingers to you temple causing you to pass out immediately.***
A few minutes later Erik was in your room, picking up the garbage that had scattered around the room while you continued to sleep.
"How much trash can be in here?" He mumbled to him self as he reached over you to get the book on the other side of your bed.
All of a sudden you wrapped your arms his waist, pulling him down on top of you.
He was shocked at first that you would be so forward, until he realized that you were still sleeping.
"Teddy bear..." you mumbled in your sleep.
"[Y/N]...let me go." You rolled over pulling him with you.
Pulling him closer to you, burrow your face in the crook of his neck.
He hesitantly placed his arms at your waist, before he too fell asleep.***[Extended Ending]***
"Hey Erik how is she feeling..." Charles trailed off seeing you two snuggled together on your bed. A smile etched on both of your lips.
"I'll...just leave." He closed the door slowly.
"It didn't take long for them two to hook up.__________________________
