𝐀𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐡'𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐯 | 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟓𝐭𝐡
Today was moving day, Brianna and my cousin Micah were helping me pack up the remainder of my belongings. Micah grew up with me so we are close, and I was happy as hell when he offered to help me move.
It was exactly ideal but I'm also had a scan today. We were doing a 3d/4d scan so we could see the babies a little better. So I'd be leaving in a little while.
Everything was in motion, the furniture was delivered to the house yesterday. Jayce had finished up with the furniture in the nursery and my room. And a cleaner had been in for a deep clean already. I personally loved cleaning, it was therapeutic but with this big ass belly I knew I couldn't do it myself.
This was a bittersweet day, because this had been my home for years. But at the same time I was ready for a fresh start.
"Guys I'll be back in a minute." I said as I stuffed my phone in my purse.
"Where you going?" Micah asked before downing his water, he was sweating like a damn dog.
"To give soemthing to Leo."
I headed to the elevator and headed to the ground floor. Leo was sitting down and typing on the computer. I was sad to leave mainly because of him.
"Hello miss Aaliyah." he smiled warmly.
"Hey Leo, I wanted to give you something for a thank you for all these years." I said handing over an envelope.
He opened the envelope and his eyes grew wide
"No no I can't accept this" he said trying to hand it back over to me.
"Yes you can. I know how much you want to go on that Caribbean cruise. So now you can, so I hope you and your wife enjoy."
He gave me the biggest gif ever, "You have no does what this means...you take care of yourself and those babies."
"I will." I smiled, although I was moving a little far away I definitely plan on coming back to visit. Leo had been a big part of my life.

I walked into the doctors office and got up on the examination table. It was cold as hell outside so I was wearing a sweater. So I pulled it over my head before rolling my shirt up.
"How are we feeling?" my doctor asked flicking off the light
"Tired, I've been moving all day."
"You liking the new house?" she asked and I nodded
"Now all I need is these two to make an appearance.
"Let's see what's going on in, you don't want to know the gender correct?" I nodded my head
She put a small amount of gel in my stomach before starting the scan. A moment later she flicked the screen on so we could see and I was in complete awe.
She showed baby A and then baby B before taking some pictures to be printed. She was talking but I was literally mesmerised. I didn't realise I was crying until Jayce handed me a tissue.
"Do you have any questions?"
"No thank you." I sniffled, she nodded and went off to get my vitamins, leaving us alone.
"You okay?" Jayce asked, breaking the silence.
"They look like me how do you feel?" I asked and he started laughing. Nobody can tell me they don't look like me, one of them has my exact nose.
We left the appointment and headed back to my house. Normally after my appointments we would grab lunch but I need to get back to help. Although Jayce isn't my favourite person, we're having kids together, and I don't want there to be any bad blood.

I let out a tired breath as I carefully sat in my arm chair. It was my favourite thing in the whole entire house. My bedroom was real big so I put the armchair in the corner for when I just wanna chill.
I'd been home for a couple of hours now and had done as much moving and organising as I can. My bedroom door opened and Micah walked in, "I'm going home, I'll call you tomorrow."
"Okay thank you for the help."
"Always, don't go over doing it, you hear me?" he said like he was somebody's daddy, but I nodded anyway.
He left and Brianna walked in, "You ready to eat now?" we ordered Chinese like half an hour ago but we were too busy to eat.
"You can eat, I wanna take a bath." I said, I'd been thinking about a hot bubble bath all day.
And the bath in my ensuite was literally everything. "Let me see this bath you been talking about all damn day." Brian laughed.
She helped me up and we walked into my bathroom, the tube was big with a large marble surface around. I drew myself a bubble bath and got in. Bri sat on the marble counter, talking about baby names. This was a lot harder than I thought, I had to pick two names as well as middle names.
"This is too damn hard." I huffed while blowing bubbles off my hands.
"How about, I leave you to relax and I'll think of some names and see what you think?"
"Okay, go and eat dinner don't wait for me." I said as she walked out of the bathroom.
I spent another ten minutes relaxing before washing myself up. Carefully I pulled myself out of the tub and patted myself dry. It was a little warm so I put in a tank top and shorts before going downstairs.
"Here babe, you want water or soda?" she asked setting a plate down for me.
"Just water thank you." I said, I took the plate and cutlery and headed over to the dining table.
I waited for Brianna to sit down and we prayed before eating. She handed over her phone where she had typed up some names. I was surprised how much I liked them all.
"I know I'm a genius you don't have to tell me." she said making me laugh.
For the rest of the night we were too tired to do anything else. So we got comfortable in the couch with a movie on before falling asleep.
