Gill and I stood hand in hand in front of the metal gate, this time with a sparrow detailed on it rather than an umbrella. "Huh, a bird."

"Think the old fart had a spiritual awakenin'?" We snickered. "Ready to go see the crew?"

I exhaled as my heart jittering with joy. "Very." We stepped through the gates with unease, eyeing the black sparrow like death itself, that sat on the metal watching our every move as we passed. I took in the sight of the mansion with creased brows.

"Wow... I can't believe you guys lived here. This place is huge." Gilligan gawked.

"It's definitely somethin' else." I scoffed a laugh. "Something seems... off." Then my eyes landed on my family who had just arrived and everything else didn't matter.

"Wh... What day is it?" I heard Luther ask.

"April 2, 2019. 12:00 on the dot." I smugly turned my grin up. They all turned on their blazing grins when they finally saw me.

"Bonnie." Five wore a sheeny smile. I smiled back and ran full force into his arms.

"I've missed you guys like crazy."

"I've really missed you too." He hugged me tighter.

"It's been less than a minute for you since you've seen me." I mellowly chuckled into the navy blue Umbrella Academy uniform that I never thought I'd say I missed. Guess it was just the person wearing it.

We melted into each other's hold. "Feels like a century. Especially without a hug like this."

"Lil' on the dramatic side but okay." My smile grew. I'd missed them all so much. I held on tight to Five like I was holding onto life itself.

"Hey, Eighty. You're sticking around this time, yeah?"

I breathed out a laugh and nodded at Diego. "Aye, and you'uns aren't going anywhere either."

"Aw group hug!" Klaus skipped over to join me and Five's hug. I giggled and the Boy huffed but he wasn't leaving my arms.

Me choosing to stay with Gill was still fresh on his mind, while I'd had to dwell on it for over five and a half decades. I didn't have remorse for my decision but that doesn't mean I didn't miss them more than life, most especially Five.

Klaus pulled back but Five and I still had our arms snugly around each other. Gilligan cleared his throat. I let out a short laugh and broke free from his grasp then fixed his jacket went back to my husband's side. I moved my glossy eyes and unwavering smile up to him as we held each other side to side. But I couldn't shake the cold that I felt without Five's touch. "I can't believe they're back." I silently squealed to Fish as I tried not to shed a tear.

Gill grinned at me and rubbed my back. "I know."

"So we stopped the apocalypse?" Vanya asked for clarification. So much had happened in such a short period of time.

"Did we actually succeed at something?" Klaus stretched as if he was finally free from all of the tension that had been building up since the first doomsday. I snickered. "I don't know about you guys, but I need a drink."

"Sounds fantabulous. Make it multiple." I sighed.

"I'm in," they agreed and we started our trek to the kitchen.

My focus flashed up to the bits of banner that had been hanging throughout the mansion... The navy was absent. I stepped over to Five and tugged on his shirt sleeve. "Somethings off... I know it."

"Well we saved the world. If everything went as planned then it should all be back to normal. Why, what seems off?"

I sighed and scratched my wrist. "Ah dunno. It's probably nothing." I walked into the kitchen with the others to see them standing around the spot where Five and I's painting once hung.
